El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo plantear la aplicación de herramientas de lean manufacturing en una empresa dedicada a la producción de artículos para casa y prendas de vestir para lograr incrementar la productividad en sus actividades. Se realizó un análisis del presente de su proceso productivo enfocándose en cada una de sus actividades evidenciando elevados indicadores de stock en proceso y tiempos de no valor agregado. Mediante la aplicación de herramientas como Takt Time, Kanban se redujo el tiempo de no valor agregado en sus actividades en 45,5%, el inventario de producto en proceso en 94,9%, incrementando la productividad en 49,65 %. Asimismo, se espera reducir las estaciones de trabajo de 8 a 3 y el número de operarios requeridos se reduciría de 13 a 7 trabajadores.

OBJETIVO: El presente estudio investigó la interacción entre bupivacaína al 0.5% mas midazolam 5mg vía epidural, evaluándose: periodo de latencia, tiempo que se queda dormido el paciente, altura del bloqueo, tiempo de analgesia, cantidad de analgésico de rescate, parámetros hemodinámicas (PAM, FC), FR, Score de Ramsay. MÉTODOS: Es un estudio doble ciego, randomizado, prospectivo, en el cual participaron 60 pacientes ASA I-II, los cuales recibieron bupivacaína al 0.5% 100mg mas midazolam 5mg (grupo I n = 30) y bupivacaína al 0.5% 100mg mas suero fisiológico 1cc (grupo II n = 30). Se utilizaron 333 vaquillonas para producción de carne con 15 meses de edad y condición corporal promedio de 6 (escala 1-9). El 53.5% presentó un cuerpo lúteo activo al inicio del trabajo. En el día 0, se colocó un dispositivo intravaginal con 0.5 g de progesterona (DISP) y se inyectó 2 mg de benzoato de estradiol. El día 8 se retiró el DISP y se inyectó 0.5 mg de cloprostenol y 0.5 mg de cipionato de estradiol i.m. El día 10 se realizó la inseminación artificial a tiempo fijo (IATF), distribuyéndose los animales al azar para ser inseminados en tres rangos horarios: I) 48-50 h; II: >50-53 h; III) >53-56 h. In the study was used 333 15-month-old beef heifers with body condition of 6 on average (scale 1-9). On this, 53.5% presented an active corpus luteum at the beginning of the study. On day 0, an intravaginal device with 0.5 g of progesterone (IVD) was placed and 2 mg of estradiol benzoate was injected. On day 8 the IVD was removed and 0.5 mg of cloprostenol and 0.5 mg of estradiol cypionate were i.m. injected. La investigación analizó los patrones de asignación del tiempo y, en particular, las consecuencias del trabajo infantil sobre la acumulación de escolaridad de niños, niñas y adolescentes. Conceptualmente, el estudió partió de un enfoque interdisciplinario. Desde la economía, tomó el enfoque de Becker centrado en las estrategias para asignar recursos al interior del hogar e incorporó los aportes de la antropología cultural, la psicología de la familia y la sociología. El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar diferencias en el grado de recesión gingival localizada en adolescentes comprendidos entre 15 y 25 años de edad que utilizaban piercing en labio. Para este estudio se comprendió una muestra de 40 adolescentes con piercing en labio. Fueron evaluados según sexo, tipo de piercing en labio, condición bucal, tiempo de uso del piercing: (6-12 meses), (1-2 años) y (mayor a 2años). Los resultados obtenidos 55,5% de los pacientes correspondían al sexo femenino y 45,5% en el sexo masculino, para el análisis estadístico con un p =0.05 no se encontró evidencia significativa. Se determinó la concentración letal media (CL50) y la eficacia como anestésico de eugenol a diversas dosis sobre el pez espada Xiphophorus helleri (Heckel, 1848). Para la determinación de la CL50 se trabajó con 10 individuos en el control y en cada una de las concentraciones con réplicas por triplicado. El estimado del CL50 a las 96 h para eugenol fue de 22.12 mg.L-1. La eficacia de anestesia se llevó a cabo con 20 individuos por cada dosis de eugenol. The median lethal concentration (CL50) and the anesthetic efficacy of eugenol were determined to diverse doses on the swordfish Xiphophorus helleri (Heckel, 1848). For the determination of the CL50 was used 10 individuals in triplicate in the control and in each concentration. The estimated CL50 to 96 h for eugenol was 22.12 mg.L-1. To understand these concepts, we use the bibliographic review as a work methodology, we search for authors from various disciplines, who suggest thinking about dying well, the subjective and chronological time. Se determinó simultáneamente el tiempo de fermentación y la concentración de inóculo requeridos, obteniendo tanto el tiempo de fermentación como la concentración de inóculo óptimos, ya que el objetivo de este estudio fue determinar el menor tiempo de fermentación con un máximo rendimiento de biomasa. Se utilizó la microbiota de los Granos de Kefir como agente biológico, el cual es una mezcla simbiótica de bacterias y levaduras. Las concentraciones que se emplearon de inóculo fueron de 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7% Y 8%. También se determinó 105 valores extremos de pH, densidad y contenido de azúcares totales que se alcanzaron en los medios de cultivo, para así poder determinar el punto final de la fermentación. Los resultados indicaron que la concentración de inóculo óptimo corresponde a 4 % el mismo que corresponde a un tiempo de fermentación óptimo de 48 horas.
