La presente investigación tiene como finalidad Analizar el uso de la plataforma Aprendo en casa para el logro de los aprendizajes a través de las actividades propuestas por los docentes en el III trimestre de III ciclo de EBR. El estudio es de carácter descriptivo y se desarrolla bajo la metodología de Estudio de caso, lo que nos permite describir y analizar las actividades de aprendizajes propuestas en la plataforma Aprendo en casa utilizadas por los docentes de III ciclo. Para ello, los instrumentos de recojo de información son la lista de cotejo y la guía de entrevista, las cuales nos permiten responder nuestro problema de investigación, ya que mediante la técnica de la triangulación se pueden contrastar los hallazgos identificados. La presente investigación desarrolló la problemática relacionada con la aplicación de la audiencia de tutela de derechos en el proceso penal peruano y la no inclusión de la víctima como sujeto legitimado para instar la citada audiencia en salvaguarda de sus derechos conculcados, reconocidos legalmente, la misma que se analizó desde las perspectivas doctrinales, jurisprudenciales y de los especialistas en la materia, teniendo como resultados la vulneración de principios procesales penales como constitucionales; para ello se formuló el problema: ¿Se vulnera el Principio de Igualdad Procesal y el Derecho de Defensa regulados en el Código Procesal Penal al no incluir a la víctima como sujeto legitimado para instar la audiencia de tutela de derechos?. Este trabalho etnográfico tem como objetivo analisar as três diferentes perspectivas e suas relações dos atores da Reserva Nacional Allpahuayo Mishana (RNAM). Portanto, para a obtenção dessas informações, foram realizadas entrevistas e observações em um voluntário da RNAM, onde fui guarda florestal voluntário, coletando informações de pesquisa exploratória. Para atingir o objetivo, foram analisadas as entrevistas e observações coletadas em campo; posteriormente, foi desenvolvida a metodologia de mapeamento de atores segundo Esteban Tapella. Após a análise dessas informações, conclui-se que os três atores, apesar de manterem uma relação entre si na mesma área natural, possuem perspectivas diferentes, gerando alguns conflitos para o desenvolvimento conjunto da RNAM.

La evolución de la formación de comunicadores en América Latina, influenciada por modelos curriculares cambiantes, plantea cuestionamientos sobre la relevancia de la innovación social. Este artículo aborda estas inquietudes a través de la presentación de la experiencia del Seminario de Comunicación y Procesos de Innovación en la Licenciatura de Comunicación Social de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, desarrollado de 2021 a 2023. Se presentan los resultados preliminares de un estudio exploratorio cualitativo que ha tomado en cuenta las tres cohortes del seminario para analizar las estrategias pedagógico-didácticas implementadas. This written work intends to submit a brief but comprehensive panorama of the Peruvian Amazonian forests situation. Hoping to achieve it, the first item entitled: “The Amazon for the World, the Region and Peru”, makes an approach of the diverse functions that this basin fulfills in these three levels; the second item: “The Amazonian Forests National Management”, seeks to bring us closer to the state of forest management, including a sub-item “Deforestation”, which pursues to encompass this complex problem; the third item: “Perspectives and Recommendations for Forests Management in a Climate Change context”, basically deals with various aspects to be considered, in a national context, for a future conservation of the Amazonian forests; and finally, there are a couple of global conclusions.

This article addresses the importance of developing an instrument that measures media competence, that is, the set of abilities to interact critically with the media. It introduces the problem of media education in the information society and argues the need to assess the skills of citizens in this context. It approaches this need from three perspectives: the pedagogical challenge that implies the little knowledge of the media competence and its little institutional formalization; the political discourse that privileges educational technology over media education; and the methodological question, analyzed from recent assessments of media competence applied in Spain, Chile and Peru, limited to the self-perception. Finally, we propose the construction of an instrument involving two features: integrative in terms of content, and innovative in terms of methodology.

This article advances in explaining the productive use of vuestro in Cusco Spanish (Peru), based on new fieldwork data. We highlight its plural meaning and its systematic integration into the paradigm of ustedes. We analyze its discursive value for contrasting groups with each other and its social indexicality as a marker of literacy. Finally, we outline three proposals on the aspects still to be studied: (1) the diatopic diffusion of PL vuestro in other parts of the Andean region (and outside the Andes); (2) its diachronic evolution (as a result of the hybridization of the paradigms of vosotros and ustedes); and (3) the indirect effect of language contact (the contrastive use of vuestro as a compensation strategy for regionally relevant communicative categories, grammaticalized in Southern Quechua).

Gender violence affects one in three women in the world, it is a social problem that requires comprehensive responses to address it. In the legal sphere, judicial decisions can contribute to providing, through the application of a gender perspective and humanist legal dogmatic interpretation, full access to justice for victims and survivors of violence. In the cases in which they become defendants, a gender-sensitive look is required in the criminal process, especially in terms of assessing the requirements of self-defense and the assessment of the evidence. The research proposes to reflect from the analysis of doctrinal criteria and jurisprudence on the subject.

The evolution of the world economy and national economies is marked by di- fferent types of cycles: long-term Kondratieff cycles, financial cycles and crises, classical economic cycles. They are related and somehow nested. Here through an analysis of the contributions in this regard and in honor of the work of Bruno Seminario, who addressed these issues for the Peruvian case. The downswings of the five global Kondratieff cycles are revealed to contain thirteen of the fourteen global recessions identified from the late nineteenth century to now. The eight classic economic cycles of Peru and their respective recessions for the period 1950-2020 are also identified, which are also clearly nested in the downward pha- ses of the Kondratieff cycles revealed by Seminario and which are characterized as the recessions of the global cycles by declines in gross domestic product per person. The importance of recognizing the scope of social theory for the rigorous study of social movements and conflicts from various theoretical perspectives is addressed. This scope is classified into three levels: i) general theories, ii) intermediate scope theories; and, iii) substantive theories. General theories offer broad and abstract theoretical frameworks to understand social phenomena as a whole, such as Marxism and its variants, functionalism, structural-functionalism, systems theory and deconstructivism. In Peru, scientific journals are in constant growth, as they seek to make visible the scientific work of licensed public universities. In this sense, the objective of this research was to evaluate the historical evolution and future perspectives of scientific journals in Peru. The research was carried out by reviewing the official web pages of each institution, taking into account the official list of universities authorized by the Superintendencia Nacional de Educación Superior Universitaria (SUNEDU). We reviewed journals that are included in the Sistema Regional de Información en Línea para Revistas Científicas de América Latina, el Caribe, España y Portugal (Latindex Catálogo 2.0), SciELO, Web of Science (WOS) and Scopus.
