Financial inclusion is both a process and a challenge, especially in countries like Peru, where many people are not part of the financial system. The author provides a business idea and a regulation proposal that could help in one of the aspects that affects the unbanked population, not having a credit record.The absence of a credit rating means that many people are rejected by the formal financial system, thus creating a vicious circle that leads to the development of a parallel informal financial system. The article proposes a novel way to help people build a credit history and thus be able to access more financial products at lower costs.

This research aims to describe and understand, from a psychoanalytic point of view and theoretical framework, the experiences of having a sibling for the first time among kids aged eight to ten years old. To do this, from a cualitative paradigm, I have explored eight cases of children in this situation. The data collection process was performed on two individual conversations with each kid. On the first conversation some test sheets were taken from “Adventures of Blackfoot” as a motivator for generating stories. On the second one the children were asked to make a drawing of “siblings” and a story drawn from it. A conversation with the parents of each child was also an research instrument to gather information necessary about their development process and to explore the child reactions towards the experience of having a sibling for the first time. This paper sets out to analyze some new rules of the New Criminal Procedure Code linked with the regulation of the civil action exercise in the criminal proceeding. The author indicates that the civil liability that is required in the criminal proceeding does not derivate from a commission of a crime: the crime has the penalty as a consequence and the civil wrong a civil penalty. The civil actor has to be interested on the existence of a damage, not that the fact that it is based on be a crime. Computed tomography (CT) is a breakthrough technology used in medicine for diagnostic diseases. The same technique is used in other areas, such as aerospace chemistry, Radio astronomy, etc. The main objective of the CT is to reconstruct the internal part of an object without having to open it as a non-destructive test. To achieve this purpose, the CT uses the attention that X-rays undergo through this object with the information, the inner part of the object is reconstructed, that is to say the CT is an inverse problem.In this article uses the Fourier transform for the reconstruction of the internal part, for it is directly part of a continuous model, representing the density at the point (x, y) of a section, with a function p = p(x, y); and even though p is not required to be continuous, the Fourier method is more efficient and a better, more regular result is obtained p.

This paper contributes to the reflection on the process of transition from analog television to digital television which is to be broadcasted in Peru and considers that digital television offers a better sound and image quality and less interference. The process of technological migration may take 1 O years. Peru has already opted for rhe Japanese standard HDTV, which among orher advanrages offers portable and mobile reception.
