Software development involves a high volume of data transfer between web-based applications and the end-user; this requires implementing them using new web technologies. This work contributes to developing a web-based application to improve the process management of the security company UNICEPRI, integrating suitable elements such as the Laravel frameworks for the backend and VueJs for the frontend, and the database manager MariaDB. Suffrage did not originate as the right we know today, but was aligned with the social interests of those groups that held power. This paper offers an overview of the evolution of the electoral process in the Peruvian democratic system, with a focus on the latest contributions made in 2006. The author discusses the constitutional reform that granted police and military personnel the right to vote, the implementation of the electoral barrier, and the Political Parties Act. Additionally, the author evaluates the possibility of non-reelection for congressional positions and highlights pending tasks such as granting the right to vote for incarcerated individuals and eliminating the preferential vote.

The judicial process followed against César Vallejo is one of the most iconic cases of our legal system, as it not only resulted in the imprisonment of our universal poet but also took place when the foundations of our penal system were being reformed. In other words, the trial was an opportunity to demonstrate that our penal system evolved from an inquisitorial to an accusatorial system. Unfortunately, the opposite proved to be true: despite the change of code, the inquisitorial assumptions were unfairly applied against our universal poet with the purpose of ensuring his imprisonment during the instructive stage of the process, that is, before the relevant oral trial to determine his innocence. In this sense, this article seeks to demonstrate how the purpose of this first stage was undermined.

In the present work the revision, deduction and application of mathematical models in the quantification of the reaction kinetics of leaching processes of national sulphided minerals in chemical systems is made. The interaction between the mineral particles and the leaching solution is controlled by three possible mechanisms: by chemical reaction, by diffusion through the porous bed and by mass transfer; Each mechanism has its own mathematical modeling and parametric conditions. Experimental runs of leaching of gold and copper minerals are presented, in which their kinetic control equations of the most relevant variables are shown. Other empirical models are also shown that are used to elucidate the phenomenology of the leaching of mineral species, call chalcopyrite, sphalerite and galena.

This is a documentary study carried out on 367 users of the Ilo finance companies, based on the instrument "Observation form to measure the compensation of the finance companies for defective products and services" authored by the researcher.
