We sought to compare the satisfaction of patients on hemodialysis, in the objective of the investigation is to determine whether the consumer of financial products and / or services from 2012 to 2015 has the possibility of obtaining relief, restitution and administrative compensation. This is a documentary study carried out on 367 users of the Ilo finance companies, based on the instrument "Observation form to measure the compensation of the finance companies for defective products and services" authored by the researcher. La investigación titula “vulneración del derecho del consumidor por ineficacia en los procesos indemnizatorios administrativos del sistema financiero ante Indecopi de Ilo, años 2012 – 2015”, tiene por objetivo determinar si el consumidor de productos y/o servicios financieros de los años 2012 al 2015 tiene posibilidad de obtener reparo, restitución e indemnización administrativa. La actual tesis es denominada La eficacia y forma del acto administrativo derivado del silencio administrativo en el Perú, los años 2022 – 2023, en donde se planteó la problemática relacionada con la eficacia del acto administrativo debido a la ausencia de protocolización en caso del silencio administrativo positivo para su futura ejecución.
