In this article we analyze the value of truth in transition processes, when after going through totalitarian regimes there is a special difficulty in achieving justice. The author develops the work that the specially created bodies have done for these cases and the sense that the truth acquires within the criminal processes. Finally, two examples of how similar processes have occurred in a couple of countries are presented.

In this article, the author analyzes strengths and weaknesses of the domain systems of minerals, allowing us knowing the system adopted for our Constitution. Then, the author evaluates the characteristics and legal nature of mineral exploration concession and exploitation. After that, he will examine in detail the mining procedure govern by the GeneralMining Law and its Regulations, which allow domestic and foreign investors to obtain themining concession title. The matrimonial property regime is a crucial aspect of family law, since it regulates the management of property, rights and obligations between the spouses. Article 295 of the Peruvian Civil Code of 1984 establishes that future spouses may choose between two property regimes: community property and separate property. Under the first regime, property acquired during the marriage is considered social property, the purpose of which is to support the household economy and prioritise family interests. On the other hand, under the separation of property regime, each spouse retains individual ownership of his or her assets. In this work, the author carries out an exhaustive analysis of the matrimonial property regime, examining the key points of both regimes and providing relevant information for a more complete understanding of the subject.

The intertwined global health and economic crisis which Covid-19 has generated shows the centrality of the role of the State in confronting both events as well as its vitalimportance in the performance of international organizations dealing with such problem. Multilateralism still depends on the State’s performance and not the other way around yet. The global crisis has also shown the need to reform the great majority of international regimes involved in it with the purpose of strengthening and enlarging their specificfunctions without risking such regimes with integral changes. Besides, the global nature of the pandemic has underlined the importance of geography in the efforts of tracing it. Such event implies the need of redefining the concept of globalization which underscores the delinkage of global processes from its territorial bases.

Batch distillation is a process used in many industrial processes, from small to big scale, therefore it has a great commercial interest. In the process simulation context it presents challenges due to the system complexity, especially in the startup stage because there are many variables changing simultaneously. This work simulates the distillation process of a bench plant installed in the Unit Operations Laboratory of the FIQT of the UNI. Commercial simulation software ASPEN Batch Distillation V7.1 is used. The results are useful to establish a protocol of operation that allows us to obtain high bioethanol purity and the improvement of the process.

At present, the political parties have grown in number, but not in the quality of their operation, this low performance has a direct impact on the valuation of the population and the development of the country, for which reason, the research aims to: establish the relationship between the proposed reform of the political party regime and national development. The study presents a quantitative approach, correlational-explanatory modality and a non-experimental design of a Transsectional nature. This work presents a system to improve stability of diesel engines in low loads and rotational speed rates by using a special and easy valve, called RND, which is installed in the high pressure pipe. This valve is actioned automatically by pressure difference, which lets insert low fuel quantities directly to the line, making the injection process steady in the indicated rates. Comparative results of the test made in a linear injection pump are included, to which a RND valve and a piezoelectric sensor was installed. The oscilograms of pressure and the inequality of fuel supply, in order to determine the improvement of stability of the injection system performance, are also included.

This theoretical - experimental investigation mainly focuses: The particular running processes of diesel engines at partial and idle loads and, the simplest and most effective method to improve these running parameters, specially economical indexes. According to our investigation results, this method is the initial fuel pressure regulation in the high pressure line; from the feed line (low pressure) and, by means of the initial pressure regulation valve (RND valve, russian origin). The following article conveys a critical revision of the concessions renewal regimen as a matter of public telecommunication services of the Peruvian normative. For that, the author will focus on analyze the existing renewal forms of telecommunication in the Peruvian legislation, as well as the principles that rule the renewal processes of the telecommunication concessions.
