En este artículo proponemos la creación de un chatbot que sea capaz de poder realizar una conversación, basándose este Bot en un diccionario de aprendizaje y este sea capaz de aprender con cada entrenamiento. In order to evaluate the forms of interaction in the main Instagramers from Peru and Colombia, an exploratory analysis of their profiles was carried out on the Instagram audiovisual platform during 2019. For this reason, firstly, the Heepsy tool was used to establish the influencers with greater impact within the platform in both countries and then, through the monitoring tools Fan Page Karma and Social Blade, to determine a set of variables and parameters regarding their interaction. The results show that the audience index is higher for Instagramers from Colombia than for the ones from Peru. The present article proposes to design a model that provides a generic architecture which acts autonomously in public works contracting selection processes, in order to generate an automated decision criterion in the event of a tie. For the Simplified Tender selection process, in case of a tie, it is proposed to choose the bidder by means of an electronic lottery based on a controlled randomization system of encryption and transformation. For the Public Bidding selection process, in the event of a tie, the bidder is chosen by means of a predicted compliance index according to the behavior of the companies when executing similar infrastructure projects. In the present study, the control of the pyrolysis temperature was carried out in a gasification process of eucalyptus wood, its prediction is made based on the operating parameters of the reactor to ensure the obtaining of a synthesis gas with the required quality. The results obtained from the mathematical modeling for the prediction of the pyrolysis temperature with the use of artificial intelligence techniques and the development of artificial neural networks are shown, with experimental data of the process. For this reason, an experimental statistical design of type 3n was implemented, with two additional replications, by means of which the training of an artificial neural network capable of predicting the pyrolysis temperature in a downdraft type gasifier with cogeneration was carried out. In the age of the Internet, anonymous online users can form a societal reaction by posting large quantities of critique and insulting comments against (perceived) norm violations on social media. These so-called online firestorms, or Enjō in Japanese, tend to include aggressive behavior against the target. This research aims to reveal the dynamics of Enjō and explores how people communicate with each other in the formation process of Enjō by conducting a comparative case study. This study collects tweets posted in five Enjō cases and compares each case to create conceptual categories of the communication process of Enjō. Social networks have become essential means of communication and have modified the concept of political communication, allowing new audiences to continuously track both candidates and parties during different election processes. This paper presents a systematized study of the communication that took place in social media during the first round of the 2022 Costa Rican electoral process (February 6th). This articles analyzes, from a qualitative approach, the 1995 Pan-American Physical Education Congress taken place in Peru as a space for socialization, dissemination of knowledge, sharing of theoretical perspectives, as well as space of legitimization for some experts, influence and power for some international organizations. The article seeks to understand how knowledges, experts and organizations validate certain “true” meanings that conceptualize the vast universe of physical culture, physical education and sports. The interpretative examination focuses in various documentary sources, such as minutes and memories of the Congress, presentations by experts, the subjects of the presentations, and memories of other Pan-American congresses. Additionally, the study includes semi-structured interviews to organizers and attendees.

En este proyecto, se llevó a cabo un estudio con el objetivo de desarrollar un sistema de reconocimiento óptico de caracteres (OCR) diseñado para identificar y almacenar la información de las boletas de pago de docentes en la UGEL Ferreñafe. Esto se debió a la necesidad de agilizar la búsqueda de boletas en formato físico, un proceso que, en ocasiones, podía llevar semanas y requerir la contratación de personal adicional.
