En este artículo proponemos la creación de un chatbot que sea capaz de poder realizar una conversación, basándose este Bot en un diccionario de aprendizaje y este sea capaz de aprender con cada entrenamiento. Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo crear un bot que aprenda a tener una conversación con un usuario utilizando tecnologías de lenguaje de proceso natural, el lenguaje de las maquinas. The present article proposes to design a model that provides a generic architecture which acts autonomously in public works contracting selection processes, in order to generate an automated decision criterion in the event of a tie. For the Simplified Tender selection process, in case of a tie, it is proposed to choose the bidder by means of an electronic lottery based on a controlled randomization system of encryption and transformation. For the Public Bidding selection process, in the event of a tie, the bidder is chosen by means of a predicted compliance index according to the behavior of the companies when executing similar infrastructure projects. In the present study, the control of the pyrolysis temperature was carried out in a gasification process of eucalyptus wood, its prediction is made based on the operating parameters of the reactor to ensure the obtaining of a synthesis gas with the required quality. The results obtained from the mathematical modeling for the prediction of the pyrolysis temperature with the use of artificial intelligence techniques and the development of artificial neural networks are shown, with experimental data of the process. For this reason, an experimental statistical design of type 3n was implemented, with two additional replications, by means of which the training of an artificial neural network capable of predicting the pyrolysis temperature in a downdraft type gasifier with cogeneration was carried out. Treatment of data for the qualification of wines, this report details the process followed, where the Python programming language was used, for the analysis of the data of the dataset, the Google Colab server was used to execute the algorithms in the cloud since the team considered that the speed of data analysis in Google Collab is faster. This articles analyzes, from a qualitative approach, the 1995 Pan-American Physical Education Congress taken place in Peru as a space for socialization, dissemination of knowledge, sharing of theoretical perspectives, as well as space of legitimization for some experts, influence and power for some international organizations. The article seeks to understand how knowledges, experts and organizations validate certain “true” meanings that conceptualize the vast universe of physical culture, physical education and sports. The interpretative examination focuses in various documentary sources, such as minutes and memories of the Congress, presentations by experts, the subjects of the presentations, and memories of other Pan-American congresses. Additionally, the study includes semi-structured interviews to organizers and attendees.

En este proyecto, se llevó a cabo un estudio con el objetivo de desarrollar un sistema de reconocimiento óptico de caracteres (OCR) diseñado para identificar y almacenar la información de las boletas de pago de docentes en la UGEL Ferreñafe. Esto se debió a la necesidad de agilizar la búsqueda de boletas en formato físico, un proceso que, en ocasiones, podía llevar semanas y requerir la contratación de personal adicional. Esta problemática impulsó la búsqueda de una solución eficaz y rentable. Siguiendo las metodologías SCRUM y CRISP-DM, se optó por utilizar Redes Neuronales (RN) como la técnica principal. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo identificar señales de violencia verbal en comentarios y publicaciones en redes sociales mediante herramientas de ciencia de datos. Para ello, se utilizó un enfoque mixto (cuantitativo - cualitativo) con un diseño secuencial exploratorio, de tipo aplicado y alcance descriptivo. Se recopilaron y analizaron 2343 comentarios extraídos de YouTube, los cuales fueron procesados utilizando técnicas de minería de texto y aprendizaje automático. La clasificación de los comentarios en violentos y no violentos se llevó a cabo mediante el modelo DistilBERT, el cual alcanzó una precisión del 94.12%, una exactitud del 94.05% y un área bajo la curva (AUC) de 0.98. Austral Group S.A.A., una empresa pesquera, ha priorizado su producción porque genera mayores ingresos económicos. Para establecer las redes horizontales, se realizó cuatro cuadriláteros contiguos o en cadena y ligados a la red nacional por medio de 4 puntos geodésicos con base de partida en S.E.B.
