Mathematical modelling applied to batch milling (at experimental level), is a very important tool to simulate and predict the granulometric yield of a given treated ore; this means, for a given duration of milling operation, to obtain an estimate of the corresponding granulometric analysis, which can then be tested with real data later on, to verify the estimates. The model involves the selection and fracture functions depending on each mesh size in the ore distribution. This will allow the prediction of effective and reliable results, saving costs and more importantly, time, without the need to perform the milling process for each prediction of batch milling.

This bibliography had its origin in two small compilations, one in charge of Henry Harman, functionary of United Nations, and the other by Teodoro Abanto, student of the Economics Program in Universidad del Pacífico. Those initial works gave a first idea of the dimensions that had the bibliography produced by the “Revolutionary Process of the Armed Forces”. The bibliographical records were put in chronological order. In the end, however, it is included a thematic index as a guideline for those who are interested in more specific aspects; the numeration of topics as well as the bibliography do not pretend to be exhaustive.

O objetivo deste estudo é conhecer a percepção de um grupo de adolescentes, filhas e filhos adotivos, sobre si mesmos e suas relações e conexões significativas em suas vidas; Objetiva-se analisar como o vínculo familiar adotivo se relaciona com a identidade dinâmica dos adolescentes adotados. O estudo foi desenvolvido sob abordagem qualitativa de nível correlacional e tipo básico. This article aims to demonstrate that in the novel Fabla salvaje (1923) the grotesque is evidenced as the main resource to allegorize the degradation process of the protagonist: Balta Espinar. It is based primarily on the critical studies proposed by Kayser (1957) and Bajtin (1987), the main theorists of this aesthetic in the 20th century. In this way, it was possible to establish categories such as the mixture of heterogeneous elements, the degradation of environments, animalization, and the dreamlike. Furthermore, it can also be noted that these resources acquire greater relevance when, as the distorted reality advances, there is the possibility of something promising, which could be called an utopian function.

This is a comment about the situation of the children without parental care, who live institutionalized in the Residential Care Centers, for long periods of time, because their processes of Tutelary Research are not solved. When the children and teenagers cannot return to a family environment, their rights are infringed, especially the right to live in a family environment that contributes to their protection, development and wellbeing. It is an analysis created out of a job experience, about the situation lived by many children, even since they are born, to whom the system usually does not prioritize the resolution for their legal situation.

The objective of this article is to give an account of the labor reintegration process in subjects in condition of drug addiction during their rehabilitation. Using a qualitative methodology, in-depth interviews were conducted with ten people in addiction in rehabilitation. Those who were interviewed have more than 15 years of sobriety and are part of a self-help group that implements the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The oralization settlement in the labor process has implied a different dynamic from that previously had. But this has not been the only change in the labor reform. Therefore, the new procedural system has incorporated diversity legal process forms of settlement agreements. Thus, the employer or employee can exercise their right of action to resort to other mechanisms that resolve disagreement in the employment relationship. This new legislative method has brought us to establish two antagonistic positions: on the one hand, some who support the viability of applying the availability test based on private autonomy and the initiative of part in the process; and on the other hand, those who argue, under the principle of inalienability, the protective role that the judge should have against these processes.
