This paper aims at addressing the protection of women during armed conflicts in International Law, taking into account the different roles that women can have in these contexts as well as the differentiated impact of armed conflicts on women. For this purpose, the author discusses first the notion of violence against women and its diverse manifestations during armed conflicts. Secondly, the author analyses International Humanitarian Law’s provisions designed to protect women, as well as the criticisms and limitations of said regulation. In this work, we will examine the impact of current policies and practices on access to justice for people with disabilities, focusing especially on the needs of individuals with hearing disabilities. We will explore how the barrier of incomprehension of legal language affects this population and the emergence of accessible language initiatives globally. Specifically, we will discuss the implementation of the Brasilia Rules, highlighting the importance of inclusive language and emphasizing the urgency of adopting concrete measures in Peru. We conclude that the consolidation of inclusive practices not only protects the rights of citizens, including those with hearing disabilities, but also underscores the need for the Peruvian Judiciary to truly achieve equitable justice in the country.

The essay addresses the restitutions derived from the resolution for non-compliance in a comparative way within the “legal Latinity”. It compares the solutions accepted in Italian law (European legal latinity), and those of two Latin American legal systems, Colombia, and Peru. From the point of view of the discipline dedicated to resolution (termination) and its consequences, the Italian and Peruvian codes are the most advanced, while the Colombian one, which dates from the nineteenth century, leaves ample room for the jurisprudential development of this remedy. Mazatlán Bay is located in the northwest of the Mexican Pacifi c Ocean; it is a popular place for national and international beach vacations. Th ere is a small colony of sea lions, Zalophus californianus (Lesson, 1828) in an area called “Roca Tortuga (RT)” which is included in a protected natural area 2 km from the coast and is considered a tourist attraction. Recreational boats carry out visitor encounters and therefore come into close contact with sea lions. However, there is no direct control over tourist visits to the colony during the high season. Th e objective of this research was to evaluate the experience of tourists in this colony. Mexico has a national, international and jurisprudential legal framework that protects pregnant and breastfeeding workers, who enjoy a special privilege called reinforced labor stability, which implies their right to remain in their jobs and their right to social security. The labor reform of May 1, 2019 recognizes the duty of the labor courts to issue precautionary measures to guarantee the access to social security that a worker unjustifiably dismissed due to her pregnancy had been enjoying. The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) and the Collegiate Circuit Courts have issued criteria regarding the precautionary measures that labor courts must decree in order to guarantee the right to social security of the pregnant worker, such as access to medical services.

In doing so it has in fact recognized the stricto sensu, the bystander, and the collectively protected categories, further associating prospective protection to all those who may be reached by any number of commerce practices. It has also not waived rights of collective bargaining for consumer demands as fundamental rights. La regulación actual del amparo arbitral, al ser analizada desde una perspectiva constitucional, resulta presentar muchas deficiencias y genera zonas exentas de control constitucional. El Tribunal Constitucional ha establecido que el recurso de anulación de laudo sería una vía igualmente satisfactoria para la tutela de derechos fundamentales afectados en un laudo, y, con ello, ha reducido las causales de procedencia del amparo arbitral a tres, las cuales son específicas y limitadas. This paper examines the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to function as a criminogenic factor, namely as causes of criminal phenomena. The analysis distinguishes two perspectives from which this role may materialize. From a microcriminogenic perspective, it is argued that AI possesses the technical capacity to become directly or indirectly involved in criminal offenses or in conduct that, due to its dangerousness or harmfulness, should be criminalized. From a macrocriminogenic or structural standpoint, it is posited that AI-driven capitalism may increase social conflict or lead to an intensified reliance on the criminal justice system to protect the economic order built around AI.
