In this investigation it was determined that the municipal solid waste generated in the city of Nauta are food processing waste, animal manure, waste of grass, paper, plastics, glass, scrap. Using the method of selecting systematic selected 189 homes, of which 20 are central layer, the stratum 169 consolidated and consolidation process. The amount total municipal solid waste that is generated is 10.5 TM/day, and the amount of organic matter is 80%. According to the results in order to reduce the volume and quantity of solid waste is proposed to develop an ecological environmental education for children, youth and the general population, so that in the future will have a sustainable management plan. Finally it is proposed to strengthen an area of treatment for developing compost and humus and the construction of a plant to produce biogas.

A differentiated and prompt attention for crimes committed in flagrancy and the increase of the delinquencies incidence, omission of family support and drunk driving is proposed. The study of this new procedure should cover the main criticism, to a weighting of constitutionality.

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the possibility of resuming the counting of the limitation period (Article 1997 of the Peruvian Civil Code), interrupted with the filing of the lawsuit, when the negligence of the plaintiff materializes in the labor judicial process and, specifically, when the process ends due to the non-attendance of the parties to the hearings scheduled in the first instance of the labor judicial process. It is proposed to carry out an analysis of interpretation –using the method of ratio legis for rules involved to verify whether the negligence described is comparable to abandonment of the process and, therefore, constitutes a case of ineffectiveness of the interruption of the limitation period.

The objective of the research work was to propose a teaching method that allowed the self-management of knowledge related to the zoology of invertebrates by the students of the 3rd year of the Bachelor of Education career, comparing in-person learning vs. those not in attendance. For the development of the research, information gathering and processing methods were used, which allowed us to verify the shortcomings in terms of the use and elaboration of this type of teaching medium, for the teaching-learning process from the non-face-to-face modality. La problemática observada en el almacén de una empresa de autopartes son los altos tiempos en el proceso de preparación de pedidos debido a la falta de herramientas de mejora continua en el proceso mismo. El objetivo de esta investigación es proponer un modelo de gestión del proceso de picking para reducir los tiempos en la atención de pedidos mediante la herramienta 5´S. Para ello, se realizó un estudio empírico con alcance cuasi experimental y post positivista, bajo la modalidad de estudio de caso. Se evidenció la diferencia en el tiempo de preparación dependiendo del tipo de trabajador en el almacén, y mediante la aplicación de las 5´S y estandarización de trabajo se logró una reducción significativa en el tiempo de picking del 41,37% en el caso de los nuevos operadores, del 32,80% para un operador estándar y del 11,82% para los operadores experimentados.

The Soxhlet method in extracting plasticizers from PVC compounds presents various areas for improvement, such as the amount of solvent used, the time required in the process, and its costs. This study proposes replacing the Soxhlet method with the ultrasound-assisted method to reduce the time, costs, and amount of solvent used in plasticizer extraction. It also proposes using solvent recovered from previous extractions to reduce costs further. Mexico is one of the leading citrus producers worldwide. This work presents an analysis for improving the citrus waxing process in a company dedicated to this activity, located in the town of Álamo, Temapache, in the northern part of the state of Veracruz, Mexico. This study used the ten approaches to operations analysis to find areas of opportunity where the company could improve; the implementation of lean manufacturing tools such as 5s, Kaizen, and autonomous maintenance was suggested to optimize the waxing process. As a result of this analysis, an improvement proposal was developed regarding simplifying operating procedures, improving the handling of materials, and optimal use of equipment, allowing the company to be more efficient and productive.

This article is about how it a comprehensive curriculum should be understood in the context of true education concept. A comprehensive curriculum should be a continent composed of the human being skills: thinking, language, mechanical ability and political skills. The continent comprises all the human cultural development, organized in: science, technologies resulting from them and humanities. From this concept we propose a methodology for university training that follows this sequence: diagnosis, professional profile, work areas, curriculum structure, generation of curricular units, curriculum and summaries as well as syllabus.

The conquest of the letter meant for the Quechua speakers experimentation and exploration of new forms of expression. This has happened to half of the twentieth century, when in Cusco and Huanta spread the first stories and poems written by Quechuas writers. We propose that these narratives have been consolidated at the end of the twentieth century and at the beginning of the century, as independent manifestations that attain the conformation of a corpus impressive as well as representative. This research aims to increase the visibility of narrative Quechua’s corpus therefore, we take as a reference temporary 19802015 and sets its studies in the Quechua production of Peru. These narratives are part of the country’s modernization from the XX century; essentially written manifestations not their oral forms, although inevitably we will link to them.

This study focuses on enhancing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) specializing in heavy equipment maintenance. It introduces an innovative model that links the operational efficacy of technical processes to the overall effectiveness of maintenance services. This approach considers all elements of the value chain, including the processes and resources involved at each stage. The research highlights that a gap in the technical development of these processes hinders companies from achieving optimal outcomes due to inconsistency in maintenance methods. To address this challenge, a quantitative study has been conducted to explore the causal relationship between the efficacy of technical processes and the effectiveness of maintenance services. This research study aims to identify strategies that enable companies to improve their performance in this area.
