Objetivo: Reconocer los estándares de innovación y excelencia para la presentación con éxito de un póster.Métodos: Se llevó a cabo una búsqueda en la literatura utilizando NIH PUBMED, LILACS y PROQUEST para identificar artículos que proporcionaban métodos para la presentación de carteles científicos hasta marzo del 2016. Se incluyeron los términos “cartel” o “póster”, “presentación”, “académico” y “reuniones” o “formación” seguido de “desarrollo profesional”. Shortly after celebrating the forty years of Allpanchis Phuturinqa, it seems convenient and even necessary to take stock of the path traveled, an exercise of awareness similar to the one carried out years ago by Fr. Manuel Marzal S.J., a renowned anthropologist who was entrusted to make a review of Andean research after twenty years of our journal. The application of reflective proposed methodology in a project for thesis to obtain the academic degree of master’s or doctor, must be expressed in its title, the variables to develop research, which should be confined to the problem and environment where is the problem, and that by applying epistemological and methodological tools of an objective character, can consider the alternative solution. For this, the conceptuality of the researcher should at least choose a problem that affects the governance in the plane where it operates as a professional accountant or other profession affined to Accounting, as a concept for a proposed project title research.

We present Lakatos’s epistemological approach concerning scientific research programs regarding alpha beta method. We focus on Economic Science, for that we propose a set of auxiliary assumptions for expressing the lakatosian notions: hard core (as a finite set of some similar α propositions of some theories) and protective belt (propositions a); heuristics and auxiliary assumptions incorporated allow us to operationalize a scientific research program therefore can be empirically tested.

Objective: To describe the characteristics of papers presented at medical student conferences of Sociedad Científica Médico Estudiantil Peruana (SOCIMEP - Peruvian Medical Student Scientific Society) between 2017 and 2019, as well as the factors related to their publication. Materials and methods: An observational, cross-sectional, bibliometric, retrospective and secondary-source study based on the books of abstracts of papers presented at scientific conferences between 2017 and 2019. The data were analyzed with the Stata Statistical Software: Release 13 using descriptive statistics. In the multivariate analysis, prevalence ratios were calculated with a 95 % confidence interval and p < 0.05 in the crude and adjusted analyses. The aim of this study was to examine the preliminary evidence of validity of the Research Self-Efficacy Scale (RSE) through the analysis of item contents. A sample of ten research psychologists (70% male; Mage = 47.2 years old), and 34 Peruvian college students (> 70% female), both undergraduate (n = 19) and graduate (n = 15) was assessed. The researchers evaluated the relevance and clarity of the items, and the students, the clarity of the RSE statements. The answers given by the judges were systematized through Aiken’s V with confidence intervals, obtaining favorable results. In conclusion, the RSE exhibits favorable evidence regarding the representativity of the items. The practical implications of the findings are discussed here.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo evaluar la remoción de las bacterias coliformes totales y fecales presentes en agua de pozos artesanales mediante filtro de carbón activo en función del número de ciclos de filtrado, según la cantidad de carbón activado comercial y en función de los valores de pH. La metodología consistió en construir un diseño de filtración tubular de 1, 2, 3 y 4 ciclos, para ello se utilizó tubos PVC, pegamentos, en otros materiales, a continuación, se colectaron muestras de agua de tres pozos de la ciudad de Juliaca a los cuales se determinó la carga de coliformes totales y fecales mediante la técnica del número más probable. The aim of this article is to reflect on the methodology of legal research in Latin America. In this context, the author criticizes the traditional legal research, which has focused, especially, on the normative comparison, and not on the social reality and the purpose of the Law with the social change. Due to this, a type of dynamic legal research is proposed that analyzes the different legal manifestations with the support of interdisciplinarity, such as social sciences. For this, the author points out, it is necessary to stop conceiving the Law as an isolated phenomenon, and start to understand it as part of society; likewise, it must be valued as a tool at the service of the community. In this regard, it is important that the new legal research reflects an instrumental end that allows the Law to be a means that links to the social reality and allows social change.

We are pleased to present the fifth issue of Ius Vocatio. Research Journal of the Superior Court of Justice of Huanuco, an intellectual organ that has persisted in its continuity and academic rigor, despite the difficulties that institutions, such as the Judiciary and the Superior Court of Justice of Huanuco, have faced due to the health and economic crisis caused by the pandemic of COVID-19, a situation that in this 2022 we are overcoming as a country. This year is also important for the journal, since the periodicity of the same is from now on biannual, which does nothing but boost our professional commitment that we perform for this noble mission of disseminating the academic work of our judicial servants, who promote research in the various fields of law.

Revista de Investigación de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Huánuco, an intellectual organ committed to the dissemination of academic material whose main components are rigor and timeliness. Both are columns that allow us to sustain and encourage the knowledge of law in the current context, a time in which we are overcoming the teachings left by the COVID-19 pandemic to strengthen the justice system both in the Superior Court of Justice of Huanuco and in the Judiciary of the Republic. Evidence-based medicine has improved the safety and efficacy of medical treatments to improve people's health; Even in public health, sufficient evidence to support preventive interventions is a special need in countries with limited budgets, since these countries cannot afford to carry out interventions without evidence of support. Positivism, post-positivism, critical theory and constructivism are the paradigms that support scientific research. It is important for a researcher knows which of them is positioned for being a clear conception of the reality of phenomenon under study. In this article a review is made of these philosophical foundations and analyzes under the two classical approaches to scientific research: quantitative and qualitative. In conclusion the proper characterization of each paradigm is stated in the ontological, epistemological and methodological conception in the scientific research process.

In the framework of scientific research, new dilemmas come from scientific-technologic advances. 'file objective of this paper is to define the appointment of research physician about these facts. A survey with 4 informative questions about update medicine, ethics and research between physicians of all specialities and medical students was sort; 286 of the 500 inquiries were analized. Only a difference according to preserving procedures of organs destined to transplants was seen: most of the physicians are in accord with preserving of organs by special techniques. Conversely, the undergraduates unknown the procedure to choice. With relation to the research papers, they must warrant the same ethic principles to those defined for all trials.
