The thematic one must like intention to approach the main processes of the management of the human resources in the organizations of production of goods and services (company, industry, institution) is of the public or deprived sector, that in its operational dynamics is present the psychological component. Also it treats his interrelation that under a systemic approach and in the global perspective towards the modernity of Century XXI within the agreement and the organizational change, serves as support in the systematization of the management; which it causes the consistency between the planning, the evaluation for aims of the continuous improvement, accreditation or certification of quality of his processes, and the pertinence with the demands of the social reality, economic and also political of the country.

The research analyzes the application of the strategic process in exporting companies in the northern region of Peru, with the objective of determining the levels of implementation of the strategic process in these companies. The study, with a qualitative approach and descriptive scope, was carried out in 58 companies in the departments of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Ancash, San Martín, Cajamarca and Amazonas. A survey validated with the Cronbach Alpha test was used to collect data. The results show that the use of Strategic Planning in these companies is higher than average and is closely linked to business management, confirming its importance as a management tool.

The craft beer industry has developed in the Peruvian market by 2023, representing sales of 2.33 billion; However, its productivity rate of 12% is still low compared to the industry's average productivity of 55%. Among the causes of the problem, the lack of a production plan and a demand forecasting system was identified; Therefore, the objective of this study is to develop a forecast model for the demand for beer and the economic order quantity of raw materials to develop an adequate production and supply plan to increase productivity in the study company. The study of heritage requires new conceptual approaches that contribute to its current theoretical debate, in order to re-nourish the knowledge of different disciplines that address it. In between, richer and more complex crossovers are generated. This article presents the positions of different authors and submits them, especially, to the discussions on rural space, tourism and the logics of land use planning. As axes, work on heritage as a concept, approach, process and attitude is proposed. The conclusions will reveal that it is necessary to expand certain conceptual categories to better cover the heritage of rural areas, as well as a need to rethink tourism in that environment.

The objective of this research was to determine whether the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system exerts influence on business processes of fast-moving consumer goods distribution companies in Metropolitan Lima, 2019. The study had a quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional design, and correlational type. The sample consisted of 147 employees, the technique and instrument used were the survey and questionnaire. In addition, Spearman’s test was used to determine the correlation. As a result, a weak direct significant correlation was found between the ERP system and business processes.
