The purpose of the author in this article is to outline the main licenses regarding mineral exploration and publicize the usual paperwork and contingencies obtaining these permits.It also presents alternatives to traditional procedures, which are more useful in practice to expedite to start of mining exploration activities in Peru.

This paper focus on implementation of communication strategies developed in the Rehabilitation of Potable Water and Sewerage Network Lote 3 project, executed between 2013 and 2014 in the district of Comas, north of Lima-Peru, and belonging to the Servicio de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Lima (SEDAPAL), company responsible for water and sewage in Lima. As a result, it could be observed that the implementation of a diagnosis of perceptions, the communication plan and the communication and education products allowed to facilitate the design of messages according to the context of the project, taking into account the speeches of the users against and in favor of the project, as well as the objectives sought by the executing company.

This article analyze the promotion of the Peruvian economy from an Administrative Law perspective. Hereof, it describe the main regulations changes which have generated substantial variations in the process for obtaining several permits, such as environmental management intruments and easement rights, needed for the development of investment projects. In general, those changes are related to the reduction of the terms applicable for its obtainting and the elimination of bureaucracy.In this context, the easement right is one of the most important changes. Hence, its scope, classification, procedure for obtaining and contingencies arise from it are analyzed.Finally, the author proposes an improvent of the legal framework applicable to the easements for the development of mining projects in order to make it a secure way to boost country’s economy.

The gamitana is a fish native to the Amazon and Orinoco River basin, with a growing demand in Peru, especially in supermarkets and restaurants specializing in traditional Amazonian jungle cuisine, with an estimated demand of approximately 600 kilos per week, due to the product’s quality, homogeneous organoleptic properties, strict quality control, certifications and product auditing.The objectives of this study are to redefine the strategy and redesign the supply chain of Puñizas SAC, a familyrun company located in Junín dedicated to gamitana production and distribution to supermarkets and Amazonian restaurants in Lima, in order to add value to clients focused on product (gamitana) flow.

[ENG] --- The Metallogenic Map of Peru at a scale of 1:1,000,000 (De Las Casas & Ponzoni, 1969), sponsored by the National Mining and Petroleum Society, has served as a foundation for subsequent metallogenic studies. Updated versions were developed by Bellido, E. (1972), Ponzoni, P. (1980), and Canchaya & Aranda (2001). In 2001, as part of the Andean Multinational Project, a metallogenic map of the border region between Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, and Peru, also at a 1:1,000,000 scale, was produced (Zappettini et al., 2001). Subsequently, Cardozo (2002) introduced a map delineating mineralized belts based on deposit types. In 2007 and 2008, Quispe et al. created a new metallogenetic map that identified 23 metallogenetic belts, integrating geotectonic domains, regional fault systems, and a classification of ore deposits based on mining operations and projects.

In this paper aspects of the development of the dialectical psychology are presented as a theoretical-conceptual orientation and as a way of professional practice for psychologists. Ways of expression of dialectical psychology are expose, analyzing and synthesizing key points relating human emancipation. It's an effort for potentate the psychology science with new models, better strategies and more effective instruments. It's considered that the purpose of dialectical psychology is to develop an emancipator project, as an open task with future perspective in the 50th anniversary of psychology in Peru.

El objetivo de esta investigación fue comprobar la viabilidad del plan de negocio Golden Project, que busca impulsar nuevos emprendimientos de los ciudadanos limeños, con el fin de respaldar la subsistencia de nuevas empresas en ejercicio con riesgo a su morbilidad. This paper presents a methodology for determining the projection of national energy consumption in the household sector for the period 2005 - 2030 (Model for Energy Demand Analysis MAED_D). The paper starts with the development of national energy sector (supply and demand of primary and secondary), continuing with the analysis of the main indicators of the energy crisis of the explanatory variables and energy consumption in the household sector. After this analysis is done using the software entered demographic factors and consumer habits of the household sector. The results show that energy consumption based on the year 2005 (4.536 GWa) could increase to 7845 GWa in 2030.

This essay proposes to analyze the national community within the framework of the Bicentennial Project of the Independence of Peru. To achieve this, at first, we will briefly present what is the Bicentennial Project. In a second part, we will analyze the mandates proposed from this special project by the central Government. Specifically, the flags of values and the moments of celebration proposed by the project. In the third part, we intend to analyze which national community is being configured from these mandates. In 2013, President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mikhail Nikolaev announced the launch of the republican project Music for Everybody. The organizers of this project –– the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Spirituality of the republic –– have set the goal to help all children learn one classical musical instrument by their graduation from general education school. Introduction: The decline in neonatal mortality is progressive in Peru and around the world, but it is unequal between rich and poor or between urban and rural populations. Objective: To project the national and departmental neonatal mortality rate (NMR) to 2030 and measure the inequality gaps of the indicators within departments. Materials and methods: An ecological observational study was conducted to calculate the national and departmental NMR to 2030 by applying the "algorithm for obtaining SDG3 targets" based on the NMR for the period 2012 to 2021 estimated with death certificates. Results: It was found that by 2030, Peru's average NMR could be reduced by 12%, from 8.81 in 2021 to 7.78 neonatal deaths per 1000 live births. This article analyzes the fears and concerns many Venezuelan immigrants living in Peru go through every day. It delves into the communication dynamics between Peruvians and Venezuelans, as well as into its consequences at an intersubjective level. Methodologically, it is based on data gathered from interviews in Ayacucho, Chiclayo, Cusco and mainly in Lima. Basically, the life histories of immigrants in vulnerable situation are analyzed, whether they are unemployed, asking for financial support on the street or having undergone any difficult experience. Finally, the expectations they hold on the future are joined together, identifying a series of hopes they embrace to survive to the exploitation and discrimination they would face. However, this study still addresses the encouraging frameworks in a country that, as it is understood, is still an important migration destination for them.
