The aim of this research was to evaluate the interaction effects of quinoa, kiwicha and tarwi flours in pasting properties (peak viscosity, VP; trough viscosity, VM; setback viscosity, VR; final viscosity, VF) and textural properties (firmness, consistency, cohesiveness, viscosity index) of the gels formed in an aqueous system using the experimental approach of mixture design. Ten treatments were formulated, which were composed of 3 individual ingredients, 3 binary mixtures, and 4 ternary mixtures. Acetylation is a chemical modification of the starch structure that consists of replacing a certain number of hydroxyl groups with acetyl groups using acetic anhydride. This process depends on certain factors, such as starch source, acetic anhydride concentration, reaction time and pH. The availability of adequate instruments that measure dating violence is essential in Cuba to strengthen the evidence and support preventive actions with effective diagnoses. The objective of the research was to analyze psychometric properties of the Revised Received, Exerted, and Perceived Violence Questionnaire (VREP-R) in its Cuban version. An instrumental design study, specifically psychometric, was carried out with the participation of 356 students aged 18 to 24 from the University of Medical Sciences of Cienfuegos. In the confirmatory factor analysis of the scale, the adjusted model showed an excellent fit index, with an RMSEA of .050. Furthermore, the CFI indicated a good fit, obtaining a value of .969. Through a journey of his essays and his own literary work, this article analyzes and establishes the basic context that pushed Jorge Eduardo Eielson to understand the pre-Hispanic legacy. For this purpose, it presents the heritage’s legal aspects and his poetic intuition through the ideas of other writers and artists. This conscience acts in counterpoint to the position taken by Jorge Eduardo Eielson in the 1980s in favor of a curatorial position vis-à-vis heritage assets. In addition, the article makes the artist’s understanding of the Pre-Hispanic past evident. Through a multidisciplinary approach, the Andean iconography and architecture about which the poet wrote about in his essay is analyzed. In this working paper an examination is made of the logical balance of the deductive argument that commonly appears in various economic texts to justify a system of patents of invention. The examination mentioned should be applied in times of radical technological change in the world to avoid a priori extensions of the legal and institutional protection provided by a system of patents of invention based on past technological realities. The result of the examination shows partial lack of balance when proper account is taken of the financial expenses and coordination efforts by governments as well as of the free distribution of useful knowledge in the fields of biotechnology and the Internet. El presente trabajo de investigación presenta el estudio de la elaboración y de las propiedades de carbonatación, mecánicas, morfológicas, estructurales y eléctricas del concreto dopado con nanotubos de carbono para analizar sus ventajas en futuras aplicaciones en la construcción. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se elaboraron probetas cilíndricas y cubicas, como también se diseñó una cámara de carbonatación. Además, se consideró el estudio de la presencia de los Nanotubos de Carbono (CNT). Las preparaciones de las probetas fueron realizadas mediante la Norma ASTM C305-14 para morteros y pasta de cemento.
