As a consequence of the 2007 financial crisis, companies have been focusing on managing the risks of normative infringement as an integral part of the notion of a business risk. This practice is encouraged by the implementation of normative with cross-border effects and reach, as well as by the growing internal regulations of autonomous criminal liability of corporate bodies systems.In the context of the circumstances described, in the present article the author analyzes: (i) the practical performance of the Criminal Compliance programs; (ii) their minimum content to exonerate or mitigate the criminal liability of the corporate bodies involved in a crime or offence; and, (iii) the challenges for the lawyer specialized in Criminal Law that this new approach of criminal preventingcounseling enforces.

A network is an acyclic directed graph in which there are sources that have some messages and want to transmit to receivers through the combination of messages in intermediate nodes. The goal is to find a collection of functions that allow to combine messages in order to satisfy the demand of the receivers. In this paper, we study the fractional solvability problem of a network using an extension of the solvability problem in closure operators given by Gadouleau in 2013. We define linear programming problems via the desired extension in order to study capacities; using some information inequalities and characteristic-dependent linear rank inequalities, we obtain upper bounds on linear capacity of some networks and closure operators over some fields.

This research evaluated the impact of Operations Research in the optimization of logistics processes in companies in Benguela (Angola). Using a quantitative approach, representative companies from the logistics sector were selected and surveys and record analysis were applied to characterize their processes and detect areas for improvement. Mathematical models of linear programming, simulation and queuing theory were developed to optimize aspects such as route planning, inventory management and resource allocation, calibrated with real data. The results showed that the implementation of these solutions led to significant improvements in logistics efficiency, including reductions in transportation and storage costs, decreased delivery times, and increased product availability. This research was conducted in Lima and is on the development and implementation of a program based on thermal calculation; to determine the operating parameters of an internal combustion engine for automotive use, by simulating various processes occurring in engines, which allow to establish the expected rate of the operating cycle of an internal combustion engine of gasodiesel type (GLP + D2). Objective: To analyze the operational management of the infection control plan (ICP) for tuberculosis in hospital care settings in a city with a high burden of the disease. Methods. An analysis of operational management was conducted in 37 institutions providing health services in the city of Cali, by applying a tool to collect information on the implementation of administrative, environmental and respiratory protection control measures. Introduction: Surgical site infections (SSI) are part of the most frequent intrahospital infections in the postoperative period of elderly patients. Objective:To determine the agents related to infections of the operative site in the elderly patients after surgery of the Naval Medical Center during January 2013 to December. Methods:An analytical cross sectional study using a secondary data analysis from clinical records of patients older than 65 years post-operated. SSI was studied has outcome, and arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus, malignant neoplasia, obesity, surgical technique and type of surgery were the agents.
