The olive industry (OI) generates large quantities of contaminated wastewater, especially during the alkaline treatment of green olives, posing an environmental problem due to the high levels of organic matter, phenolic compounds, and salts present in these effluents. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of two treatments, adsorption with activated carbon and Fenton reagent, to reduce biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) in OI wastewater. Samples were collected from three affected zones in Tacna, Peru, and both treatments were applied using different reagent concentrations. The analysis included measuring BOD5 and COD before and after the treatments, followed by statistical tests to validate the results. Climate change, as well as the appearance of pests and diseases, are affecting olive plantations (Olea europaea L.) and the production of olives in the world, therefore, there is an urgent need for tools to help us identify the spatial and temporal evolution of the olive groves, regarding the attack of pests, in this case, the Orthezia olivicola and the olive borer Phloeotribus scarabaeoides. In this work, we use information from freely available satellite images that allowed us to carry out spatial and temporal analysis and the combination of vegetation indices. The purpose of this project is to propose a proposal for improvement in the process of producing table olives in the company "La Sureñita", firstly conducting a diagnosis of the process to determine the main causes of the problems and subsequently proposing economic solutions, social and viable techniques. To begin, the lack of production planning and control is addressed where the line balancing method is applied to calculate the optimal number of stations (5) and workers (7). Estos productores no trabajan de forma cohesionada, por lo cual la producción de cada uno es pequeña para llegar directamente a los mercados y, por ende, venden a acopiadores de Lima; esto les limita el acceso al mercado y el conocimiento de los gustos del consumidor. El presente estudio fue de tipo observacional -longitudinal con diseño serie de tiempo donde el objetivo de este estudio fue pronosticar la producción de limón en el Perú con base en los datos de producción de enero de 2007 a diciembre del 2021, registrados en el sitio web del Banco Central de Reserva del Perú (BCRP) y pronosticados para el año 2021. El procesamiento y análisis de datos se realizó mediante el software EVIEWS 12. Finalmente, el modelo identificado fue una serie de tendencia estacional y el modelo pronosticado fue un SARIMA (1,0,0) (1,0,1)12. El pronosticó de la serie original se dio entre junio 2021 a diciembre 2021 y la validación de los pronósticos fue con una Desviación Absoluta Media de 3830 toneladas de limón, un Error Medio Cuadrático de 24892 toneladas de limón, un Porcentaje de Error medio Absoluto de 18.44% y el Porcentaje Medio de Error de 15.71%
