The article Development and Personal Self - Realization of the Mining Workers of Socavón in a Mining Company with a Quality Management (Case Mining Milpo - Cerro Lindo Mine), based on the research carried out by the author, the psychosocial well - being of the workers of the Mining Center Milpo-Chincha Alta-2015¨, assumes two dimensions of the psychosocial well-being of the human being, and the Purpose of Life and Personal Growth, in relation to a company that implements a Quality Management, with the obtained results proving that a tendency is given Dominant negative in relation to these dimensions and that it is necessary to deepen with scientific criteria the situation of the psychosocial welfare of the mining workers, as is the case of the object of study.

El trabajo estima los efectos espaciales o geográficos del empleo, valor de producción e ingresos de los hogares en los centros de producción de once productos mineros sobre la participación laboral en los sectores primario, secundario y terciario de áreas geográficas cercanas y distantes a dichos centros. Contains number of PAM, a historical description of this mining center, a brief chronology that presents the efforts of the MEM and FONAM to achieve the remediation of the PAM, finally the facts set forth structural and cyclical that prevent the full remediation of the PAM in Hualgayoc, problem with they will be living the inhabitants of this province for many years. Todos los historiadores que han estudiado la mano de obra en el sector minero peruano anterior a 1930 han señalado el carácter temporal o estacional del empleo de los trabajadores (Bonilla 1974, Dewind 1977, Flores—Galindo 1974, Assadourian, Bonilla y otros 1980). Los operarios mineros no conformaban un proletariado estable, más bien una de sus principales características "fue su condición de permanente transicionalidad" (Bonilla 1974: 32). Ellos eran campesinos de la región que durante algunos meses del año dejaban sus tierras y ganados para trasladarse al centro minero donde esperaban acumular algún fondo monetario. No obstante su larga tradición productiva, que se remonta al siglo XVII, Cerro de Pasco no fue una excepción a dicha situación.

This paper estimates the spatial or geographic effects of employment, income and production value of eleven mining centers upon the share of employment of the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors from the geographic areas wherein these centers are located. Based upon a Spatial Durbin Model, SDM, the main estimation results points outs that the ‘direct effects’ of the income or mining output generated in the geographic areas wherein the mining centers are located upon the share of employment in the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors of the same areas were statistically significative for most of the estimations (about 69,4% of them). RESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo principal estimar una propuesta de mejora en el proceso de mecanizado de porta rodamientos modelo D3MRA5002-1C VULCO, aplicando el uso de la técnica de estudio de tiempos en la empresa FAMITEC MINING S.A.C. dedicada a servicios de reparaciones, fabricaciones y mantenimiento en el rubro metal mecánico.
