“Sequion Olmos” is an association belonging to the Rural Community Santo Domingo de Olmos, located in the district of Olmos province Chiclayo, Lambayeque department; the population is rural customs and is mainly engaged in agriculture. The Association owns 1,424 hectares of land that is rarely used due to limited financial resources they have. The average household income is US$ 7.00 day. The predominant trees are the “carob”, typical of arid areas and require minimal amounts of water to grow. In this incessant search to improve the teaching practice and find the best strategy, we will rely on the findings made by neuroscience. This work has been prepared with two objectives. The first is to expose the reasons why ex officio promotion in the execution stage of labor processes is an obligation of judges to make the right to effective jurisdictional protection a reality. The second is to present the practice of this ex officio impulse in a labor lawyer's peace court and the consequences of it. The connection between mind and body refers to the process of self-regulation therapies designed to increase both physical and mental well-being. Objective: To determine the psychometric properties of the Body Responsiveness Connection Scale in a population of medical interns and residents at the San Rafael Hospital in the city of Tunja (Colombia). Material and methods: A translation and back translation of the Body Responseveness Connection Scale was performed. The instrument was applied to 112 resident physicians of the San Rafael de Tunja Hospital, between the ages of 18 and 35. The internal consistency of the instrument was analyzed using Cronbach’s α, and the test-retest reliability with intraclass correlation coefficient.
