En los orígenes de la ciencia de la computación todo el énfasis estuvo puesto en desarrollar sistemas que automatizaran tareas que se hacían manualmente. Este era suficiente desafío. This work contributes to developing a web-based application to improve the process management of the security company UNICEPRI, integrating suitable elements such as the Laravel frameworks for the backend and VueJs for the frontend, and the database manager MariaDB. Language is a natural psychological phenomenon, indispensable to all humans in society. This article presents the theoretical foundations on communication in process quality management, bringing studies dealing with communication and ISO 9001:2000 management, aiming at investigating how these variables have been perceived in organizations. The importance of the steps that should permeate the communication process is highlighted through published research, concluding on the need for studies that demonstrate the importance of subjectivity in the communication process, a present phenomenon in any interpersonal relationship.

Designing a performance metric by the fuzzy logic, the purpose of which is incorporated more aspects of the management processes of any organization including those subjective. To show how this metric was applied prior to a billing process of a company of herbicides, where this metric was constructed by traditional indicators of efficiency and effectiveness, producing fuzzy performance measures. The results show that this fuzzy measure performance is stable and valid as it is built on classical performance indicators already familiar with the properties they own. These metrics diff se somehow standardize the processes of the organization. Objective: Evaluate the characteristics of the proposal for the improvement of administrative management processes in at university institution with world-class planning systems of business resources (ERP), 2016. Method: The type of research is descriptive, quasi-experimental and transversal design was used. Two questionnaires were administered: Current processes of its administrative management and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP); also, a survey to determine the security of your information based on ISO 17799, providing data that generated a basis in SPSS v.20 processed with Factor Analysis. El NHS es una institución compleja debido a su naturaleza burocrática y esto se refleja en la selección y gestión de contratos por parte de los equipos de adquisiciones. Uno de los principales problemas de esta organización es que los procesos de administración de contratos no son una prioridad dentro de las Adquisiciones del NHS, lo que podría reducir cualquier esfuerzo para crear valor y reducir los costos. Por esta razón, el estudio describe y analiza la situación actual de las Adquisiciones del NHS, el uso de la gestión eficaz de contratos en el NHS y el objetivo es proporcionar una base para recomendaciones de mejores prácticas en los procesos de gestión de contratos en las Adquisiciones del NHS. An analysis of the quality management system of the Faculty of Sciences of a public university in Peru is presented. The objective was the identification, description, characterization and analysis of risks of the main processes of university management. Methodologically, the document review technique was used for diagnosis purposes, in addition, the ISO 9001:2015 STANDARD was used as a guide to identify, characterize processes, and carry out a risk analysis according to the process approach. The results made it possible to identify and describe the procedures and make a proposal for risk management of the main processes within the framework of the implementation of a quality management system.

By means of this article we will analyze the usefulness of the labor agreement and the job description in the performance evaluation process, so as to integrate the tools provided by the Human Resources discipline and the Labor Law dispositions. This article addresses the steps that must be taken into consideration in order to penalize employees that breach their labor obligations. This includes the implementation of an action plan and the final decision of the dismissal of an employee. For these purposes, we will explain the significance of the labor dispositions related to serious mistakes.

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el efecto de BPM en la Administración de Pedidos en la empresa Yobel Suplly Chain Mangement, Lima. La investigación es de tipo aplicada, y se desarrolló bajo un diseño experimental de tipo pre-experimental, en el cual la muestra estuvo conformada por 78 pedidos atendidos de la empresa Yobel Supply Chain Management. The objective of this article was to analyze the incidence of State contracting processes in the institutional management of the National Police of Peru (PNP), 2014-2018. The research design was non-experimental, applied, correlational and analytical. The population consisted of 370 administrative and police personnel of the PNP Logistics Directorate. The sample comprised 188 workers of the PNP Logistics Directorate. The survey technique made data collection possible.
