This article studies the various problems faced by victims in accessing justice in the context of the health emergency caused by COVID-19. It shows the great importance and practical usefulness of the 100 Brasilia Rules in the treatment and accompaniment of the victim during the work carried out by the Public Prosecutor’s Office to defend their violated rights. It mentions the challenges posed by the imposition of quarantine at the institutional level. Also, the consequences of quarantine, for example, the increase in the number of victims among the vulnerable population.

In 2013, President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mikhail Nikolaev announced the launch of the republican project Music for Everybody. The organizers of this project –– the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Spirituality of the republic –– have set the goal to help all children learn one classical musical instrument by their graduation from general education school. This essay examines the reproduction and circulation of videos, images and memes for the construction of regimes of truth in the Mexican public sphere during the Covid-19 pandemic. Since March 2020, when the circulation of information on infection rates, deaths and spikes in cases began, through digital media and their data verification platforms, relatives of those deceased and hospitalized as a result of Covid-19 have used videos and images on social networks to show and verify what is happening. In this regard, the internet has allowed mankind to develop new facets and to communicate using the social media, an authentic revolution for society as a whole. From the time that the Peruvian Government ordered mandatory social distancing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the cyber criminals, pedophiles and stalkers obtained a great advantage to perpetrate crimes. At present, the worldwide violence in all its forms is considered a public health problem, and cyberstalking has become a new form of psychological violence that causes stress, humiliation, anxiety and depression in the most vulnerable population.

The aim of this study is to evidence the importance to know the difficulties that implies the Spanish teaching and learning in high and low context cultures. This promotes a better communication between people and it promotes the dissemination of knowledge and a better global conviviality. Taking the customer-centric nature of integrated marketing communications (IMC), this article investigates the specific role of customer performance in IMC effectiveness in various size companies applying inter-country context.
