This study analyzes the psychometric structure of the CAPE- R scale, which assesses the beliefs about the educational process in rural teachers; explores the teacher´s profile, and analyzes the significant differences between the beliefs according to sociodemographic variables. The sample included 150 rural teachers from Mendoza, Argentina. The exploratory factor analysis yielded a factorial structure made up of four factors that explained a 44.19% of the variance of responses to the test. Internal consistency coefficients ranged from .74 to .85. The data show a predominance of difficulties in the educational process dimension (M=2.83; DE=.69), the only dimension that reached a significant association with the educational level of the classes (F =4.77, p<.05).

This study investigated how advertisers from the creation area of large advertising agencies perceive and characterize their creative process. Thirteen Brazilian professionals were interviewed using semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Results indicate that several stages of the creative process overlap, such as the incubation period of one job functioning as the preparation for the next. Motivating factors include pleasure of the act of creating, media visibility and its social reach. Limiting factors include the agencies’ excessive departmentalization, reduced deadlines, and the clients’ subjectivity influencing the advertisement approval.

This qualitative study aimed to understand the meanings attributed to Palliative Care and its implications for the anticipatory mourning process, from the perspective of family caregivers. Participants were 14 family members of patients in Palliative Care. Participant observation and semi-structured interviews were carried out. The data were analyzed and organized based on the Grounded Theory, using the Atlas.ti 7.5 software. The results showed the meanings attributed to Palliative Care marked by the impact of the treatment proposal, by the emergence of feelings and experiences, and traversed by the specific care requirements, the treatment, and the decision making, generating repercussions in the caregiver’s life. Este estudio investigó la manera en que publicistas de las áreas creativas de agencias de publicidad de gran tamaño perciben y caracterizan su proceso creativo. Se entrevistaron 13 profesionales brasileños, a partir de guías de preguntas semiestructuradas. Los datos fueron analizados por medio del análisis de contenido. Se constató que varias etapas del proceso creativo se sobreponen, como por ejemplo, el periodo de incubación de un trabajo funcionando como la preparación del próximo. Como factores motivadores, se destacan el placer del acto de crear, la visibilidad del trabajo en las calles y su alcance social. Como elementos limitantes figuran el exceso de departamentalización de las agencias, además de los plazos reducidos la subjetividad de la aprobación de la propaganda por parte de los clientes.

El estudio presenta el proceso de adaptación y las evidencias de validez de la Escala de Estrés en Estudiantes para la realidad brasileña. Participaron del estudio 585 universitarios de instituciones brasileñas. Se realizaron análisis factoriales, habiéndose obtenido un modelo de cuatro factores, con alfas satisfactorios (síntomas fisiológicos: α=.82, relación profesoralumno: α=.80, incapacidad e inferioridad: α=.77 y ócio: α=.75), y adecuados índices de ajuste: x²=282.313 (p=.00); x²/df =1.73; TLI=.97; RMSEA=.05 (I.C.=.04-.06); CFI=.97. La escala presentó correlación positiva significativa (r = .60, p≤.01), así como buenos índices de sensibilidad (99.2%) y especificidad (89.6%) en relación a la Escala de estrés percebido.El instrumento contribuye a la ampliación de estudios sobre estrés en estudiantes universitarios.

Les presentamos a continuación, un caso de nuestra investigación en el que los resultados obtenidos ilustran adecuadamente la dinámica capacitadora y la construcción de proyecto en una población estudiantil universitaria. El período estudiantil permite la transición de la adolescencia hacia la edad adulta, al igual que la transición de un estatus de practicante a la de un trabajador integrado en la red económica y social. Esta construcción social lleva consigo las marcas de las representaciones sociales inherentes a cada grupo; sin embargo estas son integradas por el individuo de manera personal influenciado por sus vivencias y por su capacidad subjetiva. A mixed longitudinal design with pre-post-intervention and implementation process evaluation was used. Thirty convenience retirees aged between 52-87 years participated (M=65.13; SD=9.22). El objetivo de este estudio fue describir el proceso por el cual se generaron los ítems de una escala de creencias en obesidad y cirugía bariátrica mediante métodos mixtos. Participaron 22 pacientes bariátricos, ecuatorianos entre 22 y 50 años (M = 37.5, DE = 8.91). Se construyó, validó y aplicó una entrevista semiestructurada; la información se procesó mediante análisis de contenido dirigido por las dimensiones del Modelo de creencias en salud. The aim of this article is to present the processes that drive the phasic identity dynamics of social identity, allowing us to define simultaneously a representation of self and the personal and professional project. As a result, it implies differentiated levels of anchorages in the organizations, groups and society that contribute to shaping the self-project. We will illustrate this, thanks to cases and situations related to the context, autobiographical memory but also emotions, feeling of capacity and motivation. Social cognition is a neurodynamic process that restructures and regulates a person’s social behavior in function of time and space. In recent years, this construct has taken relevance regarding neuropsychological evaluations since it lays the foundations for the approach and forecast of a successful social adaptation in people with autistic condition. This article explores the life of Saya, a three year and ten months old child, whom reflects a slight autist condition. As the main study tool a neuropsychological evaluation was carried out and focused on psychobiology. This evaluation included the social cognition, which analyzes four different systems: social perception, socioaffective, mental attribution and inferential and executive, in order to start her therapeutic process.

The development of creative potential can be influenced by aspects related to the individual himself and his experiences throughout life. The study aimed to identify and analyze aspects related to the path of creative and educational performance of an illustrator, focusing on the role of the teacher. The content of the lives to teach drawing, in the period of the Coronavirus pandemic, and a semi-structured interview were used. The results showed uniqueness in the development and expression in drawing, and in the way of teaching it: combinations between the new and the adapted in teaching and learning of drawing; tension between rules to design and freedom to create; ambivalent role of models as inhibiting and triggering the creation process.

The Truth Commission in Colombia was established based on the transitional justice model. Its function is to serve as a measure of recognition of the violent events during the armed conflict, which has left more than nine million victims. In this scenario, a descriptive correlational study (N=1166) was conducted with a sample of 22 provinces of the country to evaluate the knowledge, approval, and perceived effectiveness of the first years of the Commission from psychosocial aspects: victimization, collective emotions, reconciliation, collective memory. 58% were direct victims. This study investigates creativity and the creative process in Advertising Agencies in Brazil. The objective was to identify how the Copywriter and the Art Director operate strategies aimed at brainstorming in the ideation of advertising campaigns to reach insight. A qualitative study was carried out through semi-structured interviews designed based on the literature, applied to advertising who work in the areas. El presente artículo buscó comprender lo que entienden mujeres desplazadas, cabezas de familia, atendidas por la Asistencia Social de Brasil, sobre su proceso de desplazamiento y la actuación del Estado frente a este. La relación entre el funcionamiento familiar y la diferenciación del self es consolidada por autores sistémicos clásicos, pero poco explorada por investigaciones empíricas, especialmente en Brasil. Este estudio cuantitativo tuvo como objetivo analizar las relaciones entre el funcionamiento familiar y la diferenciación del self de universitarios brasileños. Participaron de la encuesta 800 estudiantes de ambos sexos, con edad promedio de 22.7 años. Se constató que los estudiantes con niveles más elevados de diferenciación percibieron de forma más positiva la comunicación y la satisfacción familiares.
