The main objective of this research was to verify that a control indicator system improves project management in the incubator of a private university in Trujillo. For this purpose, a descriptive quantitative research methodology was used with a pre-experimental design that allowed analyzing the study sample formed by all the employees, clients (entrepreneurs), and the processes carried out in the business incubator, for which an interview and a documentary review were applied in order to collect data to diagnose the current situation of the organization. This research aimed to optimize operational efficiency in debt consultation processes, online payments, and notification delivery within the rent management system of the Provincial Municipality of Maynas through the implementation of a web system, improving user experience during the 2024 period. A pre-experimental design with a quantitative approach was employed, analyzing data collected from 30 taxpayers before and after the system's implementation. The methods included SUS surveys to assess usability and observation forms to measure process times. El objetivo de esta investigación es evaluar si el uso de modelos BIM mejora la gestión de instalaciones sanitarias del proyecto multifamiliar José Gonzáles de la empresa Constructora Titán. Los participantes fueron los trabajadores de la empresa Constructora Titán, los subcontratistas de la obra y los proyectistas involucrados en el Proyecto.
