The influence between social vulnerability and emotional states has been researched, and results have demonstrated that it may have negative consequences especially for young population. In addition to this, different studies conclude that emotional intelligence may play an important part in reducing the risk factors of social vulnerability. The main objective of this paper is to create a program to develop emotional abilities in children between 6 and 12 years old, that live in risk of social exclusion and social vulnerability. This program is carried our throughout 13 sessions of 90 minutes each. We described the b-learning tool LATS (Language Assessment Training System) designed from the University of Málaga for training decision making competences for clinical diagnosis in Health Sciences. The LATS is an students online traininig tool to solve virtual simulated caseloads along the decisión making process. The profesor train face to face the decision making process. Our aim is to show the LATS usefulness to improve clinical diagnostic reasoning in 3rd degree students of Speech and Language Faculty in the University of Málaga. Our results shows that students improved their performance using LATS and they appreciated the tool for their learning process.

This research aimed to implement a Peace Education Project (PEP) in a first-grade classroom of a primary school located in San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico. The intervention promoted a set of prosocial competencies in students, teachers and families; for this universal and focused strategies were developed. A mixed approach was used, with evaluations before and after. Information was collected through participatory action-research. Some findings indicate that systematic PEPs in the classroom decrease violence and strengthen prosociability. There was a reduction in the school violence index from 1.12 to 1.10 and an increase in student prosociability from 3.34 to 3.70. The strategies favorably affected the maintenance of a school climate of cordiality, greater empathy, assertiveness, better management of emotions and an increase in friendship networks.

Commission by omission presents important difficulties as a mechanism to penalize corporate management bodies that violate their duties of organization, instruction, supervision or intervention. These difficulties are related to the legal requirements in terms of (quasi-)causality and intent. To overcome these obstacles, a sector of German criminal doctrine has proposed different alternatives de lege ferenda—in the form of criminal types different from those of improper omission—to punish the infringement of the aforementioned duties. The purpose of this article is to explain and critically assess these proposals.

More than a decade that Peru made a commitment to reach a level of health for Peruvians in 2000 that allows us a socially and economically productive level. Within this context, albeit some countries on the continent have already achieved many of the objectives proposed by the Region of the Americas, we are far from achieving and according to the evolution of the facts and the missing years to finish the century is reasonable to accept that lack a greater commitment and effort in excess of that has been making to date to deal with this noble challenge.

This paper discusses the involvement of the third party in the crimes of passive bribery and generic active bribery, emphasizing the importance of considering the theory of the unqualified intentional instrument to guarantee proportionality in the imposition of penalties. This article proposes an intervention program to create consciousness among elementary school students and parents of Basic and Regular Education about gender violence to eventually identify gender’s violence ways of expression and the different aspects where these develop such as their homes, school, and society in general. Given that these attitudes tend to be blinded or normalized when a type of violence is manifested oriented by the gender.
