Civil Law is the kind of figure that everybody knows about, but only a few understand. It is considered a basic legal institution, key tounderstand the historical development of Law. However, discordant voices question the usefulness of Civil Law in front of the challenges from the contemporary world.In this paper, written twenty years ago, the author introduces in a clear way the criticism towards Civil Law, as well as the threat of disappearance that hanged above it, and proposes solutions for Civil Law to transform and adapt it to changes, in order to avoid extinction.

Uno de los grandes retos de la agricultura moderna es la falta de eficiencia de las técnicas de cultivo frente al aumento de la población mundial. Diversas estrategias se han puesto en marcha con el finde abordar esta situación problemática, incluido el Internet de las Cosas (IoT), en busca de mejorar la calidad de los cultivos y desarrollar métodos para el cultivo agrícola más rentable. El presente estudio realizo un análisis exhaustivo y metodológico de 50 artículos científicos publicados entre el 2020 y el 2025. Los objetivos planteados buscan determinar las principales aplicaciones de IoT en la agricultura, categorizar los de sensores más utilizados en el cultivo agrícola, examinar los protocolos de comunicación e identificar las políticas de seguridad implementadas en las aplicaciones de agricultura de precisión.

The study presented aims to promote and understand the agent commitment of students, future educators, in initial education through an expanded educational experience in order to proactively rethink their professional role. Participated 41 students from the Faculty and the Bachelor of Initial Education, who were studying the third year of the career at the National University of Río Cuarto, Argentina. Different fellowships programs to public school teachers have been developed in Latin-American. In Perú, this new program has been managed by Pronabec financing fellowships for teachers of different regions during 2014-2015. Thisstudy is addressed to analyze the teachers´ dilemmas faced when they applied; and, explore the future professional perspectives of this kind of teacher. The qualitative method implies a documental analysis and survey with open answers to 20 teachers. Four types of dilemmas were identified–master versus family, master versus school, master versus another study, master versus no migration–, and eight possible futures scenarios related to the professional, academic, and unionpolitical fields.

Tholing Monastery is one of the most important religious monuments in western Tibet, and its murals show the greatest artistic achievement of the Tibetans in the cultural and aesthetic context in the two different periods of Tibetan history. This article first introduces the historical context of this monument, indicating its importance in the development of Tibetan history. Secondly, both the historical and artistic value of the murals of the Tholing Monastery are explained and it is suggested that this monument deserves more attention in preservation and research, and should be included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Finally, it is considered that the tourist use of the Tholing Monasteries and its Buddhist frescoes could contribute in the future to promote the tourism industry in that area.

This study aims at systematizing and integrating research findings about Future Time Perspective (FTP) in Peruvian educational contexts. FTP is a motivational psychological variable that allows explaining the present behavior, considering goals set in the future. The construct demonstrated its theoretical and empirical strength in different contexts. Fungal contamination is an important problem in cannabis and medical cannabis production, as fungi can produce toxic compounds or reduce the quality and safety of the product. The aim of this study was to perform a bibliometric evaluation related to fungal contamination in cannabis, analyzing current trends in this field and providing future perspectives for research. For this purpose, an exhaustive search was carried out in the scientific literature in electronic databases such as Scopus and Web of Science (WOS), covering the period from 2000 to 2023.
