The research proposed to develop scientific learning and research skills, developing in the pre-experimental method. We executed a seeding program with cognitive and cultural exchange in 250 individuals from a Children's Assistance Complex. In this sample, urban schoolchildren (without knowledge of the use of natural resources) and of Andean origin (with knowledge of sowing and harvesting) participated. The experiment was based on the application of four didactic phases: (1) intercultural organization, (2) collaboration for analysis, (3) experimentation, (4) scientific argumentation. We found an increase in scientific learning in the sample and their abilities to formulate problems, formulate hypotheses, argue and formulate results. The proficiency and cognitive interrelation allowed this improvement, being the main contribution of the study to the science area.

The project "From the tree to the painting" is an interdisciplinary educational innovation project, based on the STEAM education. This project aimed at the last courses of Primary Education, presents an interdisciplinary work between the areas of Sciences and Arts, developing a series of activities that have a common denominator: to know the main landscape of the Vega Alta del Segura of Murcia (Cieza), and its possibilities as a possible source of paper material. This project bases its work on the realization and application of the STEAM educational methodology, combining didactic activities from different areas of knowledge, but linked to science and art. Resulting in a program of 5 sessions, from a didactic output to an artistic exhibition, through the collection of raw material, creation of pulp and by testing with various pictorial techniques.

In this article, I follow the discourses elaborated around música latinoamericana («Latin American music»), a broad musical category encompassing a wide range of Latin American —but especially Andean— folk genres within successive, interrelated «cultural projects». I examine the extra-musical meanings attributed to this stylistic mode in the nueva canción (new song) movements of protest music in the Southern Cone, the transnational nueva canción latinoamericana (Latin American New Song) network to which they gave rise, and ultimately focus on música latinoamericana’s development in Colombia. This article presents an analysis of the factors that favoured the transition of farmers in Shambillo from an illegal economy supported by the coca leaf to one based on the cultivation of oil palm in the framework of the intervention of an alternative development programme (PDA) which resulted in the creation of the Association of Palmiculturists of Shambillo (ASPASH). In Peru the successful experiences of agrarian organizations are few, the present work takes one of these cases and analyzes the factors that, from the perspective of the target public of the PDA, contributed to their functionig. The positions of Peruvian intellectuals and artists upon the monument to Colonel Francisco Bolognesi are presented in two contexts separated for nearly half a century: the inauguration in 1905 and the replacement of the statue of the hero in 1954. The aim is to understand how the change of sen sibility from martyr to victorious hero was developed with respect to the colonel of Arica, which legitimized the substitution of the sculptural work. In 2013, President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mikhail Nikolaev announced the launch of the republican project Music for Everybody. The organizers of this project –– the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Spirituality of the republic –– have set the goal to help all children learn one classical musical instrument by their graduation from general education school. The article presents the results of a qualitative research referred to the evaluation of the initial social project methodology, learning experience executed by the students within the framework of the curricular activities of the transversal plan of the Catholic University Silva Henriquez (UCSH). This methodology allows linking the life project of young people with the society project, that is, it is a strategy that is carried out in the field, contributing from the first year of university to the sense of a professional training that contributes to the construction of a more fair and fraternal society. The article raises the need to validate, through an evaluative strategy, this active and innovative methodology that allows significant learning in the field of higher education.

This research uses the Actor-Network Theory toolbox to open the black box behind the Pasco’s Proyecto Integral de Agua Potable Project collapse, an ambitious public infrastructural intervention caused by both local pollution conditions and the lack of water resources. We worked with a qualitative methodology focused on process tracing through the analysis of multi-sited narratives about humans and non-humans. Non-participant observation, documentary analysis, and anonymous semi-structured interviews with fourteen spokespersons of the project were used. The results suggest that the project collapse was caused by the fragility of the alliance system since the spokespersons were unable to centralize the management of the Local Implementation Network or translate the sociotechnical controversies around water, given its multidimensional nature.

This article analyze the promotion of the Peruvian economy from an Administrative Law perspective. Hereof, it describe the main regulations changes which have generated substantial variations in the process for obtaining several permits, such as environmental management intruments and easement rights, needed for the development of investment projects. In general, those changes are related to the reduction of the terms applicable for its obtainting and the elimination of bureaucracy.In this context, the easement right is one of the most important changes. Hence, its scope, classification, procedure for obtaining and contingencies arise from it are analyzed.Finally, the author proposes an improvent of the legal framework applicable to the easements for the development of mining projects in order to make it a secure way to boost country’s economy.

It begins with theoretical aspects of human development, where it criticizes the economistic model of GDP and emphasizes the quality model of life proposed by UNDP. As a result, within the challenges of the new century university proposes a concept of competence where it is important to underscore the development of skills and values for the development of a life plan. Looking deeply into explains the meaning of, social construction, significant learning, the need to implement competition through skills and values, metacognition and life project. Similarly, there is finally one student graduate profile and curriculum planning proposal, based on a “course training program” which allows operationalize the skills and values as well as the methodology, and skills assessment.
