This paper aims to offer some brief reflections on the legal effect generated by the entry into force of the First Transitory Complementary Provision of the Legislative Decree 1421 for purposes of the regulatory regime related to the start of the statute of limitation for the exercise of the power of the tax authority to demand payment of the tax debt, as amended by Legislative Decree 1113.

In the present work I propose that the epistemological positions of Thomas Aquinas and Francisco Suárez can be conceived as complementary insofar as we clarify how knowledge is formed for each one. In the first place, it is necessary to examine the principle of individuation in relation to abstraction in Aquinas. Second, the differences around the same issue are analyzed in Suárez. Finally, both positions are compared to establish two theories that can be conceived as two aspects that complete the same process of our knowledge and can form the basis of a laterepistemology in favor of the knowledge of reality.

The present paper is an approach to the construction, development and dissemination of gender roles (male and female) from the publicity established in Lima. This self-critical look at the advertising profession rather than blame wishes to describe a reality often ignored or filtered by various factors. It also proposes ways to deal with this problem facing its principal actors: Advertising, customers and especially teachers and students from different universities and institutes that apparently do not regard this as an important part of the training provided to new generations favoring perpetuation of stereotypical gender roles. Kinosternon scorpioides (Linnaeus, 1766) popularly known in Brazil as “Jurará” is a species of chelon that serves as a food resource and source of income for some families in Northeastern Brazil. In that sense, the present study aimed to analyze the metazoan endoparasites infecting K. scorpioides from the Baixada Maranhense, Brazil. Fifteen adult specimens were captured using funnel traps in flooded fields around the Aurá River, close to the city of São Bento-Maranhão. Samples were transported to the Postgraduate Multi-User Research Laboratory- Laboratories in Postgraduate Research/Postgraduate in Animal Science located at the State University of Maranhão- UEMA for parasitological analyses. Al trabajar el siguiente proyecto se realizó una investigación descriptiva a la provincia de Trujillo, encontrando un déficit de infraestructura de tipología vivienda - residencia universitaria para estudiantes foráneos, el cual se hace necesario, a fin de brindar servicios e instalaciones adecuadas que puedan cubrir las necesidades de un alojamiento seguro, organizacional y funcional, a la vez que provea áreas de entretenimiento, estudio y socialización.
