For decades, synthetic chemists have sought to make industrial-scale catalysts as efficient and exceptionally selective as enzymes are in biological systems but, unfortunately, this task has proven evasive. Efforts then focused on making enzymes useful for the industry, and protein engineering had the task of adapting natural enzymes to work in conditions of industrial-scale processes. The approach called directed evolution is one of the models used to carry this out. Inspired by the natural evolution of species, this model proposes to evolve enzymes in an accelerated way, within the laboratory, in such a way that the manipulated enzyme exhibits the properties desired for its industrial application. La guadua angustifolia, conocida como bambú es una material renovable, con características físicas, químicas y mecánicas extraordinarias. El bosque de Marona alberga una gran cantidad de bambú, las muestras extraídas de dicho bosque, fueron extraídas siguiendo un proceso, donde se toman parámetros como la forma de cortar, curar, almacenar y elegir que muestras se usaran en los ensayos. Para nuestra investigación usamos bambús con edades de 4 y 5 años. Los ensayos realizados al bambú siguieron los lineamientos establecidos en norma peruana E.100, la Norma Técnica Colombiana 5525 y el manual de laboratorio sobre métodos y ensayos propuesto por el INEN (Instituto Nacional Ecuatoriano de Normalización). This article describes a general vision about the use of the Cyclosizer used mainly for the realization o experimental tests of metallic and non metallic minerals in the processing of minerals such as: gold bearing minerals and dolomite minerals, respectively. The cyclosizer is an elutriator that separates a specimen in specifically sized fractions using a technique that depends on the forces produced by the relative speed of the particles and the elutriation fluid. It is different from a conventional elutriation where the elutriation action takes place in a hydraulic cyclone where the fluid is spinning and the centrifuge forces are acting on the particles due to the gravity. The fluid models in the cyclone are stable and the changes in the condition of the atmosphere are not as critical as in the case of the conventional processing for elutriation. The conquest of the letter meant for the Quechua speakers experimentation and exploration of new forms of expression. This has happened to half of the twentieth century, when in Cusco and Huanta spread the first stories and poems written by Quechuas writers. We propose that these narratives have been consolidated at the end of the twentieth century and at the beginning of the century, as independent manifestations that attain the conformation of a corpus impressive as well as representative. This research aims to increase the visibility of narrative Quechua’s corpus therefore, we take as a reference temporary 19802015 and sets its studies in the Quechua production of Peru. These narratives are part of the country’s modernization from the XX century; essentially written manifestations not their oral forms, although inevitably we will link to them.

The notable increase in the price of cocoa globally has generated interest both in the scientific community and in the many actors involved in the production chain. The objective of this communication was to collect some opinions on the opportunities and challenges that must be addressed from the perspective of small producers, academia and government. The emerging international system in the twenty-first century is characterised by a new phase of globalization in which, largely due to the explosion of information and communication technologies, the role and activity of a variety of actors –outside and within states– has been significantly strengthened. While the states remain as the main actors of the world system, the current configuration of the international order no longer responds to the Westphalian state-centric paradigm that shaped international relations until the end of the twentieth century. In this new scenario, the role of subnational actors is increasingly active, which opens a window of opportunity for developing nations to improve their competitive and cooperative insertion in the international system at both regional and global levels.

El presente estudio de investigación fue concebido en el análisis de las propiedades físico mecánicas de mezclas asfálticas con plástico reciclado para fines de pavimentación Trujillo-2023, en la cual se evaluó las propiedades físico mecánicas de los componentes de la mezcla asfáltica a través de los distintos ensayos que se aplican a estos para determinar si eran aptos para usarlos en dicho diseño, también se hicieron las mezclas asfálticas tradicionales con 4 diferentes porcentajes del 5%, 5.5% 6% y 6.5% de cemento asfáltico mientras que para el ensayo de la mezcla asfáltica modificada con plástico se hicieron ensayo con 3 porcentajes diferentes que fueron del 4.5%, 6.5% y 7.5% Siguiendo los criterios de diseño establecidos por Marshall, de esta manera se pudo determinar el porcentaje adecuado de plástico para ser añadido a la mezcla asfáltica y pueda mejorar las ...
