The industrial process for the production of mayonnaise is associated with the disposal of eggshells as solid waste. The sauces and dressings factory "Los atrevidos" is interested in valorizing this waste by incorporating a technological system capable of treating its waste and minimizing its environmental impact through process intensification and cleaner production. The present research aims to design a technological-productive system for the treatment of residual eggshells to obtain animal feed supplement rich in calcium carbonate, with emphasis on the design of a batch tray dryer. The pejerrey, is a species introduced to Lake Titicaca from the continental waters of Argentina. The study was carried out at the Titicaca Trout Fishing Company, located in front of the city of Pomata, Puno Region, at an altitude of 3882 msnm. The objective of this study was to evaluate the growth of Odontesthes bonariensis from two batches (A and B) grown in Titicaca, Peru, in floating cages developed in 2018 and 2019. Silverside juveniles of 77.9 mm in length were used. average 120 days old, sowing a total of 8500 individuals (batch A = 5300 and batch B = 3200), from artificial spawning of broodstock confined in floating cages. After 360 days in batch A, a maximum total length of 230.0 ± 2.10 mm was achieved, total weight 80.0 ± 1.73 g, the feed conversion was found at 1.7 ± 1.39. This research aimed to evaluate the effects of inclusion of a new phytase of bacterial origin in the feed of growing pigs, on apparent digestibility coefficient and retention of different nutrients. Five experimental diets differing in the addition of phytase and in phosphorus (P) content were used: positive control (C+) with 7.1g of total / kg P without phytase, negative control (C-) with low P (5.6 g total P/ kg) without phytase and three diets base don C- supplemented with 250, 500 and 1000 phytase units,UFT / Kg of feed. The aim of this study was to quantify the economic impact of avian infectious laryngotracheitis (ILT) on productive and economic performance of broilers. Two batches of 35 000 broilers each up to 49 days of age were evaluated. The first batch was affected for ILT while the other was not affected. A survey was conducted to collect information about productive data, biosecurity and production cost per batch, as well as additional costs related to the control of the disease. The economic impact was evaluated by comparing data from both batches using a stochastic distribution model with the risk analysis program @Risk 5.1®. Besides, a statistical analysis was done to determine difference between productive data of the two batches. In the one with ILT the mortality increased by 3.51% and feed conversion rate by 16.8%, while the productive efficiency decreased by 27.3% compared with the batch...

El presente trabajo se desarrolló en la escala de laboratorio de la síntesis de acetato de etilo en fase liquida, en operación simultanea de reacción y destilación (destilación reactiva batch), utilizando una resina de intercambio iónico (Amberlite IR 120) como catalizador. Por medio de la construcción del equipo experimental, utilizando un agitador magnético, se determinaron las condiciones para las cuales la operación está limitada por el equilibrio químico de la reacción y no por efectos cinéticos. Generalmente se utilizan dietas peletizadas. Sin embargo, en dietas tipo harina cruda el tamaño de las partículas es menor que el peletizado. Por lo que se requiere evaluar estrategias para mejorar la granulometría del alimento en la fase de acabado. Vinasse is a residue of alcohol distilleries, rich in mineral salts and organic matter, whose use is limited and finally it is poured to the sewage system, causing pollution, nevertheless, can constitute a substrate for the production of biomass yeasts, used in the animal feed. In the present investigation was determined the effect of the concentration of the inoculum and the molasses as supplement of the vinasse, for the production of biomass of native Candida utilis. Yeasts were isolated of leaves of Zea mays L. "maize" in Sabouraud glucosade agar, were identified 40.23 % as C. utilis. El objetivo de esta investigación es sistematizar la aplicación de la electrocoagulación en el tratamiento de aguas residuales de la industria láctea. Para ello se recopiló información de diferentes bases académicas como: Ebsco, Scopus y Ebsco Host, la búsqueda incluyó documentos en español e inglés como “electrocoagulation AND dairy industry”, obteniendo inicialmente 114 documentos. Seguidamente, se realizó la filtración de documentos excluyendo documentos repetitivos, antiguos y alejados del tema, obteniendo finalmente 17 documentos.
