The objective of the present study was to determine and compare the levels of the relative expression of messenger RNA (mRNA) of IgA in intestinal epithelium of newborn alpaca up to 45 days old, that were in good health status (n=35) and ill with enteropathy (n=35). In each group, five animals were newborns before the consumption of colostrum and five for each week of age until the sixth week. Samples consisted in 2 cm length of jejunum, which was immediately preserved at -196 °C. The extraction was done with Trizol®, then complementary DNA (cDNA) was synthesized. The article presents a Parser class in Java to evaluate algebraic expressions using fundamental algorithms for the construction of compilers, passing from the conversion of expressions from infix to postfix, the evaluation of postfix expressions, the evaluation for precedence of operators, parser algorithms of precedence and construction algorithm of precedence functions. The goal of the article is to write a lexical analyser in a conventional language of systems programming, using the possibilities of input and output of Java language in order to read expressions to evaluate from the input, to process them and to send the results to the output.

This paper aims to fill the gap in Chilean literature and contribute to the systematization and critical analysis of the legal criteria and standards of how fundamental law norms have been applied on social networks publications cases. To this end, it reviews the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court in cases of acciones de protección during 2020 and sets the applicable criteria. In most cases, the Court has accepted the claims of those whose personal honor has been affected and has ordered the removal of the publications from the networks. The article adopts a critical look at the jurisprudence, since some decisions do not pay enough attention to the protection of freedom of expression, especially by following an excessively legalistic criterion. The aim of this study was to compare the relative expression levels of the gene from exon 1 of the IgA in the intestinal epithelium of baby alpacas untreated and treated orally with Clostridium perfringens antigens and all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA). Thirty two animals were sampled: 14 treated (6 of 1 day old and 8 between 7-14 days old) and 18 untreated (10 of 1 day old and 8 between 7-14 days old). The animals were slaughtered after one week of the treatment and 2 cm of the jejunum was collected and kept at -196 °C. Virtual learning environments (VLE) structure written learning through routes provided by virtual guides or teachers, this being a strict measure for interoperability with study participants. However, little is known about its interactive functionality among the participants who communicate on the platforms that configure these environments, for which, we investigated the effects that the VAS produced in the written expression of 30 subjects of secondary education in the capital of Peru. The use of artificial intelligence nowadays has many applications. This paper proposes the use of artificial intelligence based facial recognition using machine learning to identify through Python language, people who are missing, abducted or have committed crimes. The Jetson Nano development platform identifies and sends an alert via SMS text message to the monitoring and information control units for decision making and response. This device is based on the Ubuntu operating system, which can work standalone, is small, and allows easy accessibility in confined spaces. The tool can also predict people’s moods through gestures made on the face with the application of the Viola-Jones algorithm.

The aim of this study was to determine and compare the expression levels of IgA genes and associated cytokines IL-5, IL-6 and TGF-β in the intestinal mucosa of clinically healthy baby alpaca, that were orally vaccinated with a clostridial antigen. Ten unvaccinated baby alpacas (control) and 15 vaccinated (two doses with a seven-day interval) were used. Sampling was done seven days after the second dose. Likewise, two age subgroups (15-28 and 35-56 days of age at the time of sampling) were considered. La presente investigación, articulada con el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) 4, que busca garantizar una educación inclusiva, equitativa y de calidad, tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia del Padlet en la mejora de la expresión comunicativa en inglés de estudiantes del primer ciclo de pregrado de una universidad. Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado, con un diseño preexperimental, explicativa causal, pretest postest para evaluar los cambios en la variable dependiente tras la intervención.
