The research is a comparative method, transversal. It had the pur¬pose to compare the goals and motivations in choosing a profes¬sional career in 347 students of university first terms in Kinder¬garten Education, Primary Education, and Languages, all of them in a range of 20 to 22 years old. An instrument with three versions was elaborated, based on the theoretical framework proposed by Gámez y Marrero (2003). The evidences confirm significant dif¬ferences in the goals and motivations; these differences are more noticeable between students of the careers of Primary Education and Languages (sig. <.001), and between Kindergarten Education and Languages (sig.<.001). Finally, the goals and motivations were largely differentiated according to the gender (sig.<. 005), being the average for women (prom.=139.3/sig.<.005).

This article discusses situations legally made and transitional and permanent laws of the University Law N*30220 to be applied to the renewal of the university authorities in the process of adaptation to the new legal order established by this rule in force since 10 July 2014. This analysis takes as references Resolution Nos 001 and 002-2015 SUNE DU / EC and the corresponding “guide for the adaptation of governance of public universities under the Transitory Supplementary Provision of Law N*30220”.

The Acordada mutiny and the looting of Parián, depicted the electoral failure of 1828 and were a significant reflection of the economic, political, and social instability that Mexico had been experiencing since the promulgation of the first federal constitution four years earlier. This constitution sanctioned a diffuse and indirect electoral process as a result of a poor adaptation of the American system. Social networks have become essential means of communication and have modified the concept of political communication, allowing new audiences to continuously track both candidates and parties during different election processes. This paper presents a systematized study of the communication that took place in social media during the first round of the 2022 Costa Rican electoral process (February 6th). The jurisprudence oh the Constitutional Court (TC) on electoral matter was studied in this research in order to determine the fundamentals to annul the resolutions of the National Jury of Elections (JNE) – despite this electoral entity is autonomous and independent – in accordance with the Political Constitution. Methods of analysis, synthesis, hermeneutics and comparison were applied for the study of legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence on the roles of the TC and JNE. La investigación científica, no solo consiste en el diseño y elaboración del proyecto, la recolección de datos, el análisis de los resultados y la elaboración del informe final. También parte de este proceso es la publicación para divulgar los resultados obtenidos en una revista científica. En tal sentido, el objetivo fue continuar con la quinta entrega de la revisión de noticias publicadas en diversas partes del mundo en el Diario El Comercio (Lima, Perú), que estaban relacionadas a salud. Lamentablemente, en muchos casos los investigadores no han desarrollado habilidades para escribir de manera adecuada para que sus trabajos sean aceptados en las revistas. El problema surge cuando una investigación no publica sus resultados porque se puede considerar como una investigación que no fue realizada.
