At present, there is a discussion in Mexico about working with diversity focusing on inclusive education. However, there is a question upon how is it being implemented. From the perspective of a support teacher, this paper approaches to some of the legal and normative basis of inclusive education. Moreover, there is also a reflection on some theoretical propositions and its practical application on schools.

This article aims to identify the types of skills that seek to develop the Professional Practices in the training of senior technicians in Information Technology Infrastructure Support in the province of Corrientes (Argentina). This is a descriptive study whose results are drawn from in-depth interviews with the different actors involved in the Professional Practices of an intentional sample of three careers. As a result, the development of some specific professional capacities is observed depending on the context (with limited possibilities of expansion). Students value the acquisition of basic professional skills (common to any technician regardless of the specialty).

The aim of this work is to identify through a systematic review of different innovative educational practices in Higher Education. For this, a search of scientific articles was carried out in different Scopus and Web of Science databases, where a total of 1470 documents were acquired, which, after applying the inclusion criteria, left 20 works for review. The results show that creative practices favor the construction of the teaching-learning process and the development of skills. The teacher must take into account the contextualization of knowledge and start from the center of interest of the students, to promote attitudes in new procedures based on innovation, promoting skills that predispose the student towards motivation and involvement. The purpose of this works is to expose the diversity of educational practices offered to people with disabilities, who are in conditions of inclusion in Cuba and the preparation that is organized by organizations and institutions in the distance education modality. The actions that are developed to contribute to the fulfillment of the objectives of the Associations that group people with disabilities are addressed, mainly, are aimed at integrating this population segment to achieve a socially useful life with equal rights and opportunities with a full access to education that contributes to their preparation for adult and independent life.

The present article tries, in the first term, to analyze certain present problems in the definition, uses and supposition that he(she) adopts the notion of «educabilidad» and of «conditions of educabilidad «of the subjects. Especially the presence of suppositions will be analyzed psicoeducativos in the conceptions on educabilidad and his relation with the reasons attributed to the school massive failure. In the second term, there will be tried to show the fertility of a work of investigation on two questions that escenifican the presence of the suppositions analyzed concerning the educabilidad and the school failure: the analysis of the procedures and criteria psicoeducativos used for the diagnosis and forecast of the possibilities of learning of the pupils and the analysis of educational experiences or psicoeducativas alternative of attention to the school massive failure.

In this article we try to reflect on the recently discovered logic of practical knowledge and its consequences for education and educational policies. This logic manifests itself in the process of socialization, which concatenates units of meaning that are social practices with implied and never formulated rules that require skills that the child acquires building its own universe of meaning. The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between teaching performance and inclusive practice from the perspective of students of automotive mechanics at CETPRO Benjamín Galecio Matos, in Lima. The study was of an applied nature, with a non-experimental design, employing a quantitative approach. The sample selected consisted of 230 students from the aforementioned educational institution, who were selected probabilistically. A study has been carried out to identify the perception and emotional attribution of the students of Pedagogy in Physical Education during their educational practice. The methodology responds to the qualitative approach. The participants are 22 students who are in their third academic year. The data was collected through a personal diary and subjected to an inductive content analysis, using the Atlas.ti 7.5 program. The results indicate that the participants mostly perceive positive emotions for their subjective wellbeing, while the attributions emerged two central categories, named social interaction and pedagogical role. It is concluded that emotions emerge mainly due to the desire to achieve an adequate pedagogical practice, the affection received and the contribution in the learning of schoolchildren.

Our aim is to show the constitution of a theory of the learning in Jean Piaget’s work from the overcoming of the secular opposition between learning and intelligence and on essa base to discuss the pedagogic traditional practice and his possible transformations. For it, we will effect the following analyses: 1) analysis of the relations that exist between theory and pedagogic practice, 2) analysis of the historical impases between the theories of the learning and the theories of the intelligence, 3) analysis of the solution given by Piaget to this impase and the construction of a new theory of the learning, 4) discussion of the pedagogic traditional practice and his possible transformations taking a new theory of the learning as a base.
