The present article tries, in the first term, to analyze certain present problems in the definition, uses and supposition that he(she) adopts the notion of «educabilidad» and of «conditions of educabilidad «of the subjects. Especially the presence of suppositions will be analyzed psicoeducativos in the conceptions on educabilidad and his relation with the reasons attributed to the school massive failure. In the second term, there will be tried to show the fertility of a work of investigation on two questions that escenifican the presence of the suppositions analyzed concerning the educabilidad and the school failure: the analysis of the procedures and criteria psicoeducativos used for the diagnosis and forecast of the possibilities of learning of the pupils and the analysis of educational experiences or psicoeducativas alternative of attention to the school massive failure.

This article aims at spreading information on an unsolved problem of the peruvian educational system. This is depicted by the limited students performance wich is lower than the one stablish by the curriculum. It is clear that resources assigned to basic education are low, and it seems that the State has not assumed, what has to be done to face both problems in an effective way. This article arises in view of the objective need to determine what are the causes why the Peruvian university, in general, is facing the current crisis that can be perceived as a product of the lack of application of a good part of the scope established in the National Strategic Plan regarding the university and its operation. This lack of application is what has resulted in the conditions that are seen within the problematic of university education, trying to explain it in the best way to understand this conflictive situation. The general conclusion is aimed at determining guidelines that lead to understand the underlying problem and to be aware of the need for competent authorities to act on the aforementioned crisis in order to seek to reverse the current situation that is occurring.

This article first analyzed the influence of religious spiritualism in Peruvian education, from before independence to the present. Educational humanism was later defined as a philosophy that seeks the integral formation of the human being in academic and moral aspects. It was then argued that the concept of "spirit" as a representation of the human essence is a fiction that hinders the development of moral and academic competencies, in addition to hindering interculturality due to the dogmatic influence of Catholicism. This article have the purpose of analyze the effects of Covid-19 in the public education in Lima Metropolitan. First, a general overview of the effects of the pandemia in different educational stakeholders and the differents challenges that they have taken up. From 9 interviews made principals, vice-principals, and teachers of the capital of the country, is possible to conclude that the connectivity problems coupled with a lack of adequate equipment for virtual clases, has increased inequality in access to education at all educational levels. Further, we have to highlight the psychological effects of the pandemic, essentially with emotional problems in the persons involved.

The profile of graduates from various careers today requires that they have the skills that will allow them to successfully enter their work environment and contribute to the solution of different problems in society. Hence, the objective of this study is to determine the influence of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) on the development of critical thinking in higher education students. For this, 11 sessions were provided, with the aforementioned methodology, to 80 students in the experimental group. The approach was a quantitative quasi-experimental design, with two groups. The results showed that the application of PBL was significant in critical thinking because the initial results were 75.5 points and subsequently increased to 120.1. It is concluded that the application of an active methodology such as PBL is effective in the development of high cognitive demand skills.

This article addresses the issue of educational inclusion by critically reviewing regulations and theoretical discussions on the subject. The research process focuses on the implementation of inclusion politics in an educational institution, drawing attention to the contradictions between the different subjectivities and beliefs of the educational community about disability and its influence in the inclusion of students with disabilities. The main findings expose the interpretation of the inclusion approach given by principals and teachers in order to respond to the obligations set by the sector’s authority.
