This article presents the analysis of the graduation profiles declared by the Education Doctoral programs in Chilean territory. This process was carried out in accordance with a Standard Graduation Profile, which spells out the competencies that a future doctor must possess after training. This profile includes the competences required in the current globalized context, taking into consideration national and international documentation, as well as the opinions of the doctoral students. This article discusses the various meanings attributed to the concept of research methodology, based on an analysis of the study plans and programs of three doctoral programs in education in Mexico. These programs have well-established faculty and have produced several generations of trained students. The article outlines the methodology used to analyze the curricular discourse related to the concept of research methodology, and presents findings that highlight the different interpretations given to key elements of this concept across the three programs. The results reveal nine major attributions of meaning to the concept of research methodology, with varying degrees of similarity across the three programs. Objetive: Evaluate the quality of doctoral theses at the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Methods: Descriptive study, which consisted of the review of 114 theses on health topics in all four doctoral programs - Medicine, Nursing, Health Sciences and Neurosciences - from the creation of the first doctoral program in 1999, until 2020. Four quality indicators were used: scientific problem, sample, analysis (comparability) and conclusions, as well as other complementary indicators to evaluate the writing of the thesis and its social relevance, categorizing them into excellent, acceptable and not acceptable. Results: With the quality indicators there were 32 excellent theses (28.1%), 34 (29.8%) acceptable, and 48 (42.1%) not acceptable. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of an educational program for the control of glycatedhemoglobin (HbA1c) in patients with diabetes. Materials and methods: A before-and-after cohortstudy was conducted in patients with diabetes. In 1981, Peru was born in Rural and Urban Service Marginal Health (SERUM), a program of community service in primary care, in which health professionals participating graduates, colleges and business for the year of the profession. Currently, the SERUM is the main instrument of the Peruvian health system in the search for an adequate supply of health professionals in vulnerable populations. Achieving, inter alia, that maternal mortality decreased significantly in some parts of Peru (1), and the coverage of health personnel in extremely poor districts increased from 52% to 89% (2).

In this research in general, it was established to elaborate the proposal of a cognitive behavioral program on self-esteem in adolescent victims of family violence in an educational institution; For this, a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional proposition was used; Said study had a sample of 207 adolescents, to whom the Coopersmith Self-esteem inventory, school version, was applied; The values obtained were analyzed through the Excel 2016 statistical program, which revealed that in general 48% of adolescents showed very low self-esteem. Through a cross- sectional study, a questionnaire was applied to seventy-eight cardiology residents in the last two years of training in the specialty. The perceptions about the accompaniment and support of the universities in the educational venues, for the development of the training program in cardiology during the pandemic, were evaluated. Observing the transformations articulated in society, culture and communication, with an emphasis on the expanded use of digital platforms in the subjects’ daily lives, this paper seeks to present central theoretical premises to categorize the notion of platformized intellectual in contrast with the presence of digital influencers in social media. Starting mainly from the theoretical framework developed by Antonio Gramsci to define the intellectual and his political praxis, we discuss the characteristics of this subject and his field of action in a platformized society. Based on a theoretical debate and an exploratory documentary research, we discuss the potential, limitations and strategies of intellectual activity in a platformized society seeing how their creations work as a form political education.
