The author describes the theoretical outlook of learning relating to nutrition. An exploration is carried out about biologic process of learning and the consequences in educational process in classroom. Finally, the nutritional process is analyzed as an influence in significant learning; conceptual, procedural and attitudinal contents.

The discussion section is responsible for interpreting and analyzing the results of a study, as well as presenting the practical/clinical implications of the findings, the limitations of the study and recommendations for future studies aimed to improve the original research. As the different segments of a scientific article, the discussion, conclusions and references follow standardized rules of scientific writing and publication that should be known by the authors. These rules will give the author the opportunity to facilitate and expedite the process of preparation and publishing. In the other hand, the reader will be able to understand, in a simple way, the data found in the study. In this paper, the author focuses on treatment that genocide receives from the field of sociology, then he checks the differences of sociological studies with legal regulation contained in Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide, specifically to groups that are subject to protection in legal definition of genocide.To achieve his purpose, the author develops how the process of production of the Convention was as well the criticism of legal definition of genocide in sociology. The author concludes sociological definitions have limitations, gives primacy to legal concept of genocide and affirms that social groups not protected by the Convention find protection by other rules of International Criminal Law.

This article presents the virtues and results of the order for payment process applied in other latitudes to show that it is a process that, far from the discussion of its legal nature, manages to resolve conflicts submitted to this in a reasonable time. Then, the minor labor processes that are processed under Law No. 29497 are analyzed. It is concluded that these processes can be adapted or submitted to the order for payment process, which would allow their processing and resolution to be carried out within a reasonable time, thus achieving the speed proclaimed by the new labor procedural law.

The existence of early and timely resolution processes for matters of simple processing is now a reality. With the introduction of orality in judicial processes, the great challenge lies in obtaining true justice as a quality public service. What simple processes are solved in a differentiated way is not a problem, but a solution. The discussion now focuses on how to make it possible and what should be respected, beginning from the state criminal policy, the real reasons behind the reform, judicial guarantees and, finally, opportunities for improvement.

Health care is an institutionalized activity under the control of the State. Current public policy offers benefits limited to scientific progress and the use of technology for its potential to solve highly complex problems. However, in public hospitals, the distance between the discourse and the concretion of care is observed, whose epitome is human praxis. This work is the result of a research project of the Master’s and Doctoral Program in Medical, Dental and Health Sciences of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Uses the ethnographic method in the clinical context. Findings open the discussion on the scope and implications of how technology is used in the clinical context. Currently, the use of technology is a topic of research in the Department of History and Philosophy of Medicine of the UNAM, coordinated by Professor Alfredo Paulo Maya.

Background: Mechanical reasoning (MR) is the ability to identify the components of a system and understand how they interact in order for the system to work. Different mechanical systems, such as those of wheels and gears, require different types of reasoning. Objective: This study seeks to analyze the relationship that working memory (WM) and processing speed (PS) have with MR. Method: One hundred seventy-three (173) university students were assessed through the DAT test which consisted of 30 MR problems, the symbol search subtest of the WAIS-III battery for assessing the PS, and the BIMET-V and BIMET-VE batteries to evaluate the WM verbal and visuospatial components.
