In this work the author addresses the problem of the truth of the facts and their investigation, as well as the role of the judge in the civil process. To this end, the author carefully studies the principles that guide the civil process: the dispositive principle and the inquisitorial principle. Regarding the former, it can be observed that the judge has, in the process, an attenuated role and a limited focus on the knowledge of the facts. In contrast, the second principle gives the judge greater relevance, giving him the direction of the process in the search for the truth. This is why the author argues that the dispositive principle is insufficient to guarantee the material truth, since the determination of the facts requires greater intervention by the judge. The determination of the degree of gregarine parasitosis in marine shrimp is performed using qualitative or semiquantitative methods, which are based on the observation of visual fields of prepared coprological samples. These methods are subjective and lack repeatability, so tests were conducted using an alternative method based on the review of the total amount of the sample processed, expressing the results as the content of parasitic agents per unit of intestine length analysed. The proposed method is simple and allows for the reduction of the randomness of the counts, which can be useful in cases where greater certainty of diagnostic results is required.

La humedad es la cantidad de agua presente en la superficie o el interior de un cuerpo. La determinación del contenido de humedad de una muestra liofilizada es una de las mediciones más importantes y utilizadas en el procesamiento y prueba de alimentos, porque está relacionado con la conservación de los biocompuestos y el adecuado proceso de secado de las muestras. Por esta razón, el objetivo es desarrollar el protocolo para determinar el contenido de humedad en muestras de microalgas liofilizadas.

Nuestro estudio consiste en realizar un análisis de mejora en la Unidad de Producción de Minera Uchucchacua de Compañía Minera Buenaventura S.A., mediante la implementación de KPI’s en las actividades de Perforación de cada una de los áreas productivas subterráneas, específicamente de los equipos Resefer, correspondientes a 8 actividades en las guardias de día y de noche, los cuales fueron desarrolladas en los meses de agosto a abril del 2021. The use of the Potential Theory to evaluate the Resistance to the Advance of Fishing Ships in waters calms, it is investigated, with the main objective of obtaining comparative results that allow to evaluate the acting of the theoretical method for the use in the process of the preliminary project. The simplicity and speed of the algorithm of the computer provides a valuable tool that can be used to carry out analysis of different types in ways of fine ships, including ships with bulb prow, and to obtain qualitative results at a cost very low. This way the interference of the different parts of the hull can be analyzed and the forms of the ship optimized to obtain a minimum resistance to the advance for formation of waves.

La vitamina A es un nutriente esencial para el crecimiento y desarrollo de los organismos acuáticos. El organismo no puede sintetizarlo y debe obtenerlo a través de los alimentos. El análisis de vitamina A en muestras de organismos acuáticos y alimentos se realiza principalmente por cromatografía líquida de alta resolución (HPLC). En la mayoría de los casos, la preparación de la muestra implica un proceso de saponificación, una etapa crítica, por la sensibilidad de la vitamina al calor. The objective was to obtain the mathematical model of the COVID-19 vaccination process in Peru, to estimate the number of people vaccinated, the critical time for which the estimated rate of vaccinated people has been the highest value, and to specify the date on which the highest number of people vaccinated has occurred. El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como propósito determinar la eficacia del método multivariante del primer molar permanente para determinar el sexo en la división policial escuadrón verde de Lima. El diseño de la investigación fue observacional, transversal y analítico. La muestra estuvo constituida por 80 modelos (44 masculinos y 36 femeninos), seleccionados en base a criterios de inclusión. Se realizaron mediciones del ancho mesiodistal y bucolingual del primer molar permanente tanto del lado derecho como izquierdo en modelos de yeso con un calibrador digital de 0,01 mm de precisión. Social demand refers to the need for service and product of the professional training process, expressed by interest groups, aimed at contributing to national development, as established by the quality assurance policy of university higher education and national licensing and accreditation models. In this context, this paper conducts research based on job positions of IT professionals posted n web portals, designs a machine learning process with an unsupervised approach, extracts occupational profiles, designs a multidimensional model, applies k-means clustering when determining clusters of job positions by similarity, and reports the results obtained.
