La investigación se realizó teniendo en cuenta el Objetivo: Demostrar cómo, las NIIF para Pymes inciden en la toma de decisiones de la empresa CORPORACION VADIS S.A.C. - CORPVA S.A.C Lima en el 2018. La investigación es aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo; el diseño es no experimental, descriptivo y transeccional. La población y muestra estuvo conformada por 15 trabajadores de las áreas que comprende la empresa. Las técnicas de recolección de información datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. Se realizó el análisis de información mediante la tabulación de datos, elaboración de gráficos estadísticos. Resultado el 85% de los encuestados considera que las NIIF para pymes inciden en la toma de decisiones de la empresa CORPORACION VADIS S.A.C. - CORPVA S.A.C Lima en el 2018.

Introduction: At present, gender studies are very important, so research is carried out that will allow us to know the discernment of women about bioethics. Objective: To recognize the semantic representations that young university students have in relation to bioethics. Methodology: This study was carried out in university students in the area of biological sciences. The technique of natural semantic networks and the posture of ethics of care were used for its examination. Results: 191 words were evaluated, representing a richness of 81 statements. The main expressions were “trust”, “dialogue”, “debate”, “duty” and “principles”. Discussion: College students exercise their practical reason by choosing what is best for others, confirming the assumptions of the ethics of care.

The article aims to describe some optimization problems and their application in managerial and financial decision-making at organizations. This description is made from two approaches, first from the perspective of data analysis, where we see that these types of problems are in the stage of prescriptive analysis and, secondly, from a more formal or mathematical perspective where we see that they are part of the branch of analytical models. This type of analytical model can be proposed through three basic components: a target variable, decision or control variables and constraints. In this context, various application cases are reviewed and, finally, we will explain with a simple example, the use of the Solver function of Excel for the resolution of this type of problems through the simplex method.

This paper draws up an overview on the current status of in-house providing techniques in Spain. The concept of administrative self-supply is provided in order to cover and explain the most common modes of fulfilling the needs of services, goods and utilities whitin the public sector. We discuss the “make or buy decisions”, according to the new public procurement Act (9/2017), and the rise of public markets apart from business markets. Finally, we put this subject under the light of the transnational debate about the need of improving performance of public sector as a tool for Werlfare State empowerment.

Objetive: To identify the need to implement Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) courses in the undergraduate curricula of Peruvian universities. The estudy: Descriptive observational study. The prevalence of teaching the EBM course in the medical schools of Peruvian universities was evaluated, as well as the semester in which it was taught and its obligatoriness. Findings: Of 44 medical schools evaluated, eight (18.2%) included an EBM course in their curricula, of which five(62.5%) corresponded to private universities and in seven(87,5%) the course was mandatory. Conclusions: The teaching of EBM in Peruvian university medical schools is low, potentially leading to less confidence and certainty in clinical decision making.

Purpose: The current study aims to investigate the impacts of two behavioral biases, namely, loss aversion and overconfidence on the performance of US companies. First, the impact of loss aversion on the economic performance of companies was assessed. Second, the impact of overconfidence on market performance was discussed. Design/methodology/approach: This study used around 6,777 quarterly observations on the population of US-insured industrial and services companies over the 2006-2016 period. Ordinary least squares (OLS) regression in two panel data models were used to test the hypotheses formulated for the study. People and organizations make better or get wrong as consequence of making decisions. Sometimes making decisions is just a trial and error process. Some others, decisions are good and the results profitable with a few of mistakes, most of the time because it’s considered the experience and the control of a specific field or the good intention of who makes them. Actually, all kinds of decisions bring learning. What is important is the intention, the attitude and the values considered in this process. However, there is little literature exploring the criteria of marketing managers on how they understand how advertising works on individuals.
