«Conformidad» is a very old institution in the Spanish criminal procedure system, since it dates back to the 19th century. In recent decades it has experienced a notable increase in its application as a negotiated criminal justice mechanism, as a result of several modifications in the Law of Criminal Procedure that have sought to introduce more space for negotiation in said figure and encourage its use. El NHS es una institución compleja debido a su naturaleza burocrática y esto se refleja en la selección y gestión de contratos por parte de los equipos de adquisiciones. Uno de los principales problemas de esta organización es que los procesos de administración de contratos no son una prioridad dentro de las Adquisiciones del NHS, lo que podría reducir cualquier esfuerzo para crear valor y reducir los costos. Por esta razón, el estudio describe y analiza la situación actual de las Adquisiciones del NHS, el uso de la gestión eficaz de contratos en el NHS y el objetivo es proporcionar una base para recomendaciones de mejores prácticas en los procesos de gestión de contratos en las Adquisiciones del NHS. Para lograr esto, se realizó una revisión de la literatura y se utilizó el análisis de datos secundarios.

In the present work are defined the steps to follow in order to determine the critical quality attributes in a manufacturing process of a pharmaceutical product. Analyzing the impact and criticality of each of the manufacturing operations in the quality of the product and defining the critical attributes to control. According to the results obtained, it was decided to apply NIR spectroscopy as an alternative to conventional methods to quickly control the critical attributes during the manufacturing process of a powder for suspension. The objective is to build the quality of the final product, controlling critical quality attributes of intermediate products in the same process by applying Process Analytical Technology (PAT).

The article exposes the results of a critical analysis of the implementation process of the program Escuela Nueva in Colombia. It proposes a review at the policy borrowing process from an international perspective, as well as a description of the dynamics of implementation within the Colombian context. For such aim, an exhaustive analysis was performed by implementing a qualitative documentary review, using a typological sample selection of sources. The conclusions suggest the need to consider attendance and transition indicators as key elements for decision making regarding the continuity, diversification and improvement of the program, as well as the urgency of unifying the national goals in pursuit of a coordinated implementation of rural programs.

This paper explores the juridification processes that take place in the peasant rounds of the Macusani District in the Puno region, viewed as a place where legal pluralism operates at the margins of the State. For that purpose, elements of the state are identified in the practices and discourse of the peasants. Especially, the legal language adopted by this peasant organization and what that means for the construction of its legitimacy and authority. Participatory architecture has become increasingly present both in the discourse and in the architectural practice of the last two decades. It is important to question to what extent participation is real, and if the complete practice of it, as a free exercise of citizenship within the design processes, does not contradict the practices of architecture.
