This investigation seeks to increase the competitiveness of small companies that provide maintenance services for heavy equipment by designing game del based on indicators derived from the critical processes of this service, that is, those chain processes value, leading to greater competitive ness for the company. The Model for the intellectual capital measurement in a manufacturing company in Peru has an important value for being the key element to know the structure of the intangible assets of the company and its capability to generate value. The creation of value does not depend on physical assets only, but increasingly on intangible assets. That is why the indicators of the intellectual capital are being identified and built, so that the model guarantees, that the results to be obtained are acceptable and credible.

With the implementation of the basic equipment of radio frequency identification technology (RFID) 1, are better able to train teachers in the specialty of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Textiles and clothing, and their undergraduate and graduate Industrial Engineering faculty. With this new, modern laboratory technology is among the best and modern facilities of public and private universities. By introducing the curriculum laboratory identification technology (RFID), may enable students and disseminate this training to the employees of companies, seeking to improve the teaching-learning: reducing inventories, tracking of orders , reducing operating costs and labor, better use of reusable assets of the company (pellets, cargo trucks, etc.).

The present investigation treats on the development of a model multifactorial and dynamicall(MFD) for the measurement of the intangible ones apllied to companies of manufacture located in Peru. The developed model will allow to prove(try) that the knowledge is the differential one of competitiveness of the companies, in spite of the fact that the traditional accounting is not enabled to measure these aspects today in day. In this work there are analyzed the companies of Peruvian manufacture to know until point his information about his indicators that they handle they serve to identify the intangible one(the intellectual capital) With the purpose of which in some moment an own(proper) model could be standardized for the measurement of the intangible ones of the companies of manufacture of Peru.

This industry must have specialists in diverse fields of the construction such as in: bridges, highways, ports, railroads, etc. The greater contribution of the present investigation is based on the proposal of selection and control of workers on the basis of the management by competitions, since the construction in Peru is based on the empirical knowledge of its daily task. It is so a structure of the profile of the worker according to the area sets out in which it must work, the description of the position, mental, physical abilities, educational level and general knowledge that must have to improve the efficiency and yield in the execution of a civil construction site.
