New paradigms fruits of the constant changes, mechanistic insights to complex views are aspects that have enabled the evolution and development of the accounting profession, understood as a stage in which the task and function of a public accountant should be creative, innovative and strategic results for the growth of organizations through competitive management, and their task in the development of social responsibility. In today's society it is satisfied that the world is changing rapidly and today the market demands a process of transformation in all aspects is why in this article aims to highlight the importance and the need for a paradigm shift of the accounting profession, the latter being as innovative practitioner role so that it contributes to the effectiveness of socio-economic management.

El presente artículo de revisión tiene como objetivo conocer los distintos agentes blanqueadores over-the-counter y su efectividad. El tipo de investigación fue básica y diseño no experimental, para ello se realizó una revisión de literatura donde se prioriza ensayos clínicos y revisiones sistemáticas de artículos científicos en español e inglés de las siguientes bases indexadas: Proquest, Ebsco, Scopus y Scielo entre los meses de Mayo y Julio del año 2020, teniendo como requisito que dicha información sean publicaciones arbitradas no mayor a 5 años de antigüedad, a excepción 5 artículos por antecedentes históricos. Concluyendo que las tiras blanqueadoras y cubetas preformadas tienen mejor efecto blanqueador, ya que estos presentaban un mayor porcentaje de peróxido de hidrógeno en su composición.

This essay analyzes the legal mobilization of conservative activists against abortion in Colombia from 2006 to 2020. In the first part, it examines in depth the nullities presented before the Constitutional Court and the State Council by conservative lawyers against reproductive rights of women. In the second part, it studies the demands of unconstitutionality presented before the Constitutional Court to protect life from the moment of conception. All these legal strategies consolidated a legal counter-mobilization to prevent or deny access to abortion. This research had the general objective of demonstrating the impact of the counter-terrorist actions of the air component on the development of the Valley of the Apurímac, Ene and Mantaro rivers (VRAEM) for the period 2018. The methodology was under the quantitative approach. It was a basic type of research that is located at the explanatory level, using a non-experimental and cross-sectional design, and was correlational in scope. Plantea escenarios a la Gerencia de Operaciones, a través de la simulación de sistemas, que le permita decidir sobre el tiempo apropiado de registro de pasajeros (check in) en el counter de la sala de embarque de los helipuertos de la Base de operaciones Nuevo Mundo. Se realiza un análisis al sistema de registro de pasajeros en la sala de embarque de una empresa del sector hidrocarburos utilizando la simulación de sistemas. Con los datos recopilados y analizados se evalúan diferentes escenarios para presentar a la Gerencia de Operaciones una propuesta de rediseño del sistema considerando servidores adicionales (counters) con fin de reducir el tiempo de atención en este sistema para brindar un servicio más ágil.

The purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical approach to the notion of political counter-narrative. Given the novelty of this narrative technique, its causes are first addressed: moral absolutism, affective polarization, informational chaos, uncertainty, and digital tribalism. Then, the counter-narrative is defined as a semantic structure that, regardless of temporality, seeks to destroy the symbolic capital of the adversary. Subsequently, its main features –reactivity, negativity, emotiveness, stereotyping, and permanence– are detailed, as are its functions –linking wills through opposition, drawing clear identity boundaries, being emotionally rewarding, and simplifying reality–. Starting in July 2018 the ORCR was implemented in the IPRESS-DIRIS Lima Norte using the REFCON instrument that includes five processes, three of which occur in the IPRESS of destiny. Objective: To characterize the references of IPRESS I-4 whose destiny were DIRIS Lima Norte and time to appointment of the encounters. Methods: A cross- sectional study was carried-out from May to October 2019 including seven IPRESS I-4. References by age, sex and specialty were analyzed as well as time to appointment. Statistics for means and proportions were calculated using Stata v.16. Results: A total of 19,951 references from seven IPRESS were included in the analysis. The most common age group was 30-59 years (39.22%): women accounted for 67.04%. We excluded from the final analysis 2,714 references for not having information on time to appointment. Investigación cuantitativa y de diseño no experimental con corte transversal con las características de recolección de datos en un solo momento que tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre Estrategias publicitarias del videojuego Counter Strike Global Offensive y el posicionamiento en los jóvenes del grupo CS: GO PERÚ, Lima 2022. This paper aims at describing and analyzing the public policies adopted on anti-reform, reform and counter-reform in Peru from 1950 to 2016. To this end, all the agrarian policies followed and implemented by each government included in this period of time have been reviewed. Moreover, personal testimonies of key moments are used to contribute to the analysis of the facts. The process allowed to get aware of the conditions that led to the need of an Agrarian Reform in Peru, which meant changes for both landowners and medium and small farmers and peasants, during the Juan Velasco Alvarado government. Subsequently, the government of Francisco Morales Bermudez started the agrarian counter-reform, which undid the Velasco Reform to favor the market of private lands. Furthermore, this system was consolidated during the neoliberal government of Alberto Fujimori that is maintained until today.

Tourism destinations need to manage crises and disasters caused by events that affect the image of the destination. Effective communication is essential in these situations. Destination Management Organizations, DMO, are the appropriate entities to lead the communication process before, during and after the crisis in order to achieve a quick recovery in tourism. A research into the DMO crisis communication in Galicia, Spain, to cope with the oil slick may provide a better understanding about how to manage crisis communication in these situations.

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar el desempeño de los jugadores habituales de Counter-Strike 2 con dificultades o limitaciones físicas al jugar. Para ello, se diseñó un dispositivo de juego con sistema basado en YOLOv5, un modelo que utiliza la arquitectura de una red neuronal convolucional, que ofrece diferentes versiones que varían en tamaño y capacidad. La programación se realizó en el entorno de desarrollo Visual Studio Code utilizando Python, YOLOv5, PyTorch y Arduino. Se llevó a cabo una comparativa entre jugar con y sin el dispositivo, utilizando un analizador de partidas en línea. La presente investigación se ha realizado con el propósito de medir el nivel de calidad de servicio en el área counter’s de la empresa de transporte expreso interprovincial Dorado SAC. Se utilizó el diseño descriptivo, empleando la técnica de la encuesta la misma que contó con 22 ítems para la recolección de datos, validados por medio de la aplicación del coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach. Se consideró como población objetivo a 200 clientes, determinándose una muestra de 132 clientes de la empresa. In this contribution, we offer to analyze the archivistic context in which the oldest colonial archives of the Sacromonte Abbey are preserved as a result of a project of family autopromotion aimed at opposing the King's justice and the official history. We will show how archives can be used as instruments of counter-legitimacy. This case will be dealt with according to two axes of research, the first being the archival turn which considers archives as a result of «non-innocent» operations of archival collection, selection, organization and uses. The second axis is linked to the political history of the Spanish monarchy, lately dominated by case studies which shed light on the loyalty of royal agents and the justice administration as the pillars of imperial power.

Detailed measurements of background radiation in counts per minute (cpm) and dose rates (µSv/h) have been conducted in all the libraries of the National University of San Marcos, located in the University City of Lima, Peru. Radiation measurements were carried out using Geiger-Müller counters to ensure a thorough evaluation of background radiation levels in these educational settings. The results show that the detected radiation levels range between \(14 \pm 1.22\) and \(26 \pm 1.14\) cpm, with an average of \(22 \pm 1.32\) cpm. Additionally, the dose rate values in the libraries range between \(0.16 \pm 0.02\) and \(0.25 \pm 0.03\) \(\mu Sv/h\), with an average of \(0.21 \pm 0.02\) \(\mu Sv/h\).
