Expanding natural protected areas in the Peruvian Amazon compete with indigenous interests and resource extraction, in a dynamic process of endorsement and enforcement by local indigenous communities. The analysis presents a geographical case study of Peru’s emblematic Camisea gas extraction project in the Amazonian Lower Urubamba valley, Cusco. The focus is on two protected areas —Matsigenka Communal Reserve and Megantoni National Sanctuary— that were created alongside the gas project in the early 2000s, strategically supported by local indigenous communities. The study argues that the intersections of extractive and conservation agendas in Camisea have created ambiguous and novel spaces for the expression of local indigenous agendas, while neoliberal conservation territorial logics simultaneously limit them. Due to the increasing interest in the conservation of the Archaeological Park of Cochasqui, and thanks to the project: Cultural Development and Cooperation for the Enhancement value of the pre-Incan Pyramids of Cochasquí, Ecuador, has developed several conservation and restoration actions for the recovery of two pre-Inca ceramic structures on pyramid number 13 of the archaeological complex. With the purpose of recovery these demonstrations, that were found in an alarming state of damage, this project developed three specific lines of action: the research on replacement materials in laboratory, in situ restoration, and social appropriation of the Cochasquí heritage, so as to guarantee its safeguard and protection. The primary intact forests of the Peruvian Amazon act as a carbon sink: a key ecosystem service of international importance. This sink has been quantified as 0.54 Mg C ha-1 year-1 (1990-2017) for the intact Amazonian forest in the protected areas and associated buffer zones of Peru. In other words, the conservation of intact forests in protected areas has helped to remove 9.6 million tonnes of carbon from the atmosphere per year, which is equivalent to approximately 85% of the emissions from fossil fuel combustion in Peru during 2012. It is necessary to include this carbon sink in the national inventory of greenhouse gas emissions for two reasons. Tropical dry forests are considered as threatened ecosystems in Colombia, because they are located in areas with intensive human activities. However, the effects of habitat loss on the distribution and abundance of bats in this region are little known. The purpose of this study was to analyze species richness, composition and relative abundance of bats in three vegetation types with different degrees of intervention in the Tropical Dry Forest of Nariño (Mesi: Intervened dry thorn scrub, Mesc: Preserve dry thorn scrub, Bsi: Intervened semideciduous tropical forest), Colombia. We captured bats using 10 mist nets over 24 nights (eight nights in each vegetation type). Nine species were recorded from the capture of 60 specimens. Adenophora liliifolia, also known as Lilyleaf ladybell or false campanula, has been influenced by human activity and its natural habitat has been affected. The populations of this species currently show a widespread decline throughout Europe and several national red lists and the Carpathian Endangered Species List classified it as threatened due to the impact of its habitats. This project focuses on the preservation of A. liliifolia germplasm, establishing an ex situ conservation protocol and the conservation of A. liliifolia through its ornamental use, which could preserve the species in the long term. This article searches about those places that have been perpetuated, not by an official recognition, but under the popular memory and however they actually conserve a high symbolic value for a determined part of the community. Such is the case of the Ciudad Deportiva de Boca settled in the south coast of Buenos Aires, Argentina. In the 60 of the XX century, it wasnot only a place for popular recreation and social affairs but also a project and a plural dream around one of the most important football club of this country. From that dreamed Ciudad Deportiva, nowadays only remains ruins and a private project of real state development. The changes in this place along the time show the constant and unavoidable relation between the urban spaces and the political processes.

En el presente trabajo se analiza la viabilidad de mercado, técnica, económica, social y medioambiental para la instalación de un negocio de leasing de paneles solares. En el Capítulo I se presenta la problemática de la tendencia de alza de las tarifas eléctricas y el alto potencial de la energía solar en el Perú. En el Capítulo II se desarrollaron los aspectos generales del estudio de mercado. Se analizó la demanda, la cual para el año 2022 resultó en 965 kits/año.
