This paper focus on implementation of communication strategies developed in the Rehabilitation of Potable Water and Sewerage Network Lote 3 project, executed between 2013 and 2014 in the district of Comas, north of Lima-Peru, and belonging to the Servicio de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Lima (SEDAPAL), company responsible for water and sewage in Lima. As a result, it could be observed that the implementation of a diagnosis of perceptions, the communication plan and the communication and education products allowed to facilitate the design of messages according to the context of the project, taking into account the speeches of the users against and in favor of the project, as well as the objectives sought by the executing company.

In this paper aspects of the development of the dialectical psychology are presented as a theoretical-conceptual orientation and as a way of professional practice for psychologists. Ways of expression of dialectical psychology are expose, analyzing and synthesizing key points relating human emancipation. It's an effort for potentate the psychology science with new models, better strategies and more effective instruments. It's considered that the purpose of dialectical psychology is to develop an emancipator project, as an open task with future perspective in the 50th anniversary of psychology in Peru.

The article presents the results of a qualitative research referred to the evaluation of the initial social project methodology, learning experience executed by the students within the framework of the curricular activities of the transversal plan of the Catholic University Silva Henriquez (UCSH). This methodology allows linking the life project of young people with the society project, that is, it is a strategy that is carried out in the field, contributing from the first year of university to the sense of a professional training that contributes to the construction of a more fair and fraternal society. The article raises the need to validate, through an evaluative strategy, this active and innovative methodology that allows significant learning in the field of higher education.

La presente investigación desarrolló la gerencia de proyectos de la empresa ENCOSERVICE bajo el enfoque del PMI para garantizar el éxito de los proyectos. La investigación es aplicativa con diseño pre experimental, se determinó como población y muestra los proyectos de enero a junio del 2017. La metodología empleada fue realizar la dirección de proyectos bajo las herramientas que propone el PMI en su guía PMBOK, se analizaron los resultados de la gestión de proyectos mediante índices de alcance, costo, tiempo, calidad y satisfacción del cliente. Managing stakeholders is relevant for project management, as they affect project results. Likewise, the support of a Project Management Office (PMO) improves these results. This study analyzes the positive influence of stakeholder management on project results, specifically on the likelihood of concluding projects within the predicted time and cost, together with the moderating effect of PMOs. A conceptual model was validated through logistic regression, with data collected through a survey responded by 216 experienced professionals studying in graduate programs on project management. Findings indicate that stakeholder management improves project results in terms of time and cost and confirm that PMO enhances the influence of stakeholder management on these results. El propósito general de este trabajo es demostrar el impacto de la gestión de la comunicación basada en PMBOK en la gestión de proyectos de TI en la empresa DIGITAL WORLD WEB Lima Perú, donde se intenta incrementar la productividad luego de aplicar la gestión de comunicación basado en el PMBOK, mejorando los índices de eficiencia y eficacia. The aim of this article is to present the processes that drive the phasic identity dynamics of social identity, allowing us to define simultaneously a representation of self and the personal and professional project. As a result, it implies differentiated levels of anchorages in the organizations, groups and society that contribute to shaping the self-project. We will illustrate this, thanks to cases and situations related to the context, autobiographical memory but also emotions, feeling of capacity and motivation.
