Los resultados de la investigación demuestran que la Gerencia del Conocimiento es un modelo de gestión innovador y creativo para las organizaciones empresariales, sean éstas micro, pequeñas, medianas y/o grandes empresas. A diferencia de los últimos, en los primeros (micro y pequeñas empresas o MYPEs), dadas las limitaciones financieras y de gestión para la implementación de este modelo, debe seguirse la tendencia a la personificación; vale decir, una gestión caracterizada por el contacto permanente con sus colaboradores, en la que la tecnología ayude a comunicar sus conocimientos y no solo a almacenarlos. The results of the investigation demonstrate that the Management of the Knowledge is an innovative and creative administration model for the managerial organizations: micro, small, medium and big companies. The case study describes an industrial hygiene investigation initiated in response to a drilling rig down due to complaints of loud noise, workers decide to shut down one of three drilling rigs (P3: Drill 3) due to loud noise. El presente informe busca mejorar la reputación del Club Alianza Lima elevando el nivel de asociación de sus valores organizacionales respeto y corazón, en el contexto del Campeonato de la Liga 1-2024, teniendo como antecedente “El Apagón”, un incidente que ocurrió en el 2023 y que generó mucha controversia al ser visto como un acto antideportivo. This research describes the professional profile of journalists who work in newsrooms that are pioneers in data analysis in Peru: Ojo Público and Convoca, as native digital media, and El Comercio Data and La República Data, as part of traditional media. To achieve this objective, and through a mixed approach, their bosses, coordinators or directors are interviewed, and questionnaires are applied to the journalists who work in them. The results show that journalists follow the methodology of data journalism, consisting of seven work phases: compile, clean, context, combine, analysis, verification and communication of data, and using technological tools in each of them with a skill level that is primarily not expert. In addition, most of their knowledge was self-taught, thus evidencing a lack of specialization in data journalism in the Peruvian higher education.

This article presents research describing gender roles offered to boys and girls from Christmas toy advertising through broadcast television in Lima. These messages provide content that lead to the adoption of stereotypical gender roles from an early age, which are perpetuated throughout life. This article has been worked on a multidisciplinary approach and from a quantitative and qualitative perspective. Analysis was performed first toy market in Lima, the number of spots broadcast during the Christmas season, and then select the most emission spots and analyze how gender representations proposed. The different and complementary looks seek to understand this reality and how widespread evidence to bring these campaigns to propose new ways to build more equitable sexuality advertising.

The objective of the study is to know the relationship between the training strategy of research recruitment and the development of research competences in university students. The research is quantitative, non-experimental, with a correlational design, and it tries to analyze and evaluate the relationship between the variables: strategy of research registration and research competencies. The type of sampling was by convenience and was represented by 58 university students. The instrument for self-assessment of investigative competencies developed and validated by Carla Paz et al. This study arises from the need to address the question that arises when teachers are confronted with the reality of a classroom full of adolescents, sometimes uninterested and quite accustomed to taking on a passive role in their learning: what about the teacher's explanation? To address this, a qualitative research with a multivalent design was conducted with two experimental groups of 14- and 15-year-old adolescents.
