The following document aims to present a handful of studies that develop the importance of social actors as one of the groups in charge of the preservation of architectural heritage, especially those involved in traditional commerce. Within this framework, traditional local traders are the actors who are most interested in the revitalization of historical centers. Many institutions, both public and private, currently encourage policies for the development of historical centers, such as the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Daily learning activities generate exchanges of ideas, doubts, and explanations between students and teachers. These dialogues and the possibility of asking a teacher questions disappear after classes. New automated communication tools developed with word processing programs, such as chatbots, have proven helpful in commerce and customer service. Some educational institutions are currently exploring the benefits of these programs in student care. This paper describes an exploratory study on the use of educational software and conversational agents in the teaching of programming; the objective is to identify the potential of this type of program to support teachers in the training of programmers and the accompaniment of students in their self-managed learning.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo principal Implementar el E-commerce para incrementar la cuota de mercado de la empresa Proinka Inversiones E.I.R.L., Cusco – 2019. Asimismo, la investigación fue realizada bajo una metodología de tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo, con un método hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo y diseño pre experimental, siendo su población los clientes de la Empresa Individual de Resp. Ltda Proinka Inversiones, de los cuales 45 formaron parte de la muestra. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact in health and the national economy, and in the legal sciences, one of the areas that had the most changes was customs law. When the state of emergency was declared as a result of the lethality of the pandemic, only cargo transportation was allowed in order to guarantee the pharmaceutic and food supply chain. Even though the international freight traffic contracted at the start ofthe pandemic, it later became one of the main engines for economic reactivation, and luckily, the Peruvian Customs Administration had started a legal and digital transformation process precisely in 2020. Throughout this essay, the author analyses this onslaught of changes in the Peruvian Customs Administration and its impact in the national legislation and economy.

This research examines the effect of certain economic variables on the economic growth of the commercial sector in Ecuador during the years 2012, 2019, and 2022, by analyzing their impact on operating income in relation to the number of workers, gross capital formation, and intermediate inputs. To this end, the Cobb-Douglas production function is estimated using an econometric model initially estimated through Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) and subsequently corrected using Newey-West standard errors due to the detection of autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity in the initial results.
