This article evaluates the type of teaching provided in Peruvian law schools. The author points out that the current training process follows the positivist tradition. This model conceives of the law as a system of rules, which implies fidelity to the law and its mechanical application to the concrete case. However, it is clear that this approach does not respond to a social reality that requires a change in the law. The consequence of following this traditional approach is that students often end up with an understanding of the law that does not correspond to legal reality and practice. For this reason, it is proposed to adopt a view of law as a social practice rather than a set of rules and principles. In this sense, following Atienza and Ruiz Manero, it is proposed that the teaching of law should abandon this positive paradigm and focus on a new theory of law based on a constitutional...

Organizational change is a topic that has been increasingly developed methodologically in the last seventy years after Kurt Lewin in the 1950s raised this topic under the Theory of Fields or Forces. This scientific article has the purpose of disseminating some results of the Research developed by the author around the Theory of Change. The research was developed with a semi-qualitative approach of a theoretical nature where the topic of organizational change has been discussed and how companies and organizations today fail to obtain good results in their change processes. The results obtained and the conclusions corroborate the hypotheses by finding correlation between the variables studied, so we conclude that it is possible to create a general theory of change for organizations. Likewise, it has been possible to establish a general order of importance for change processes through the m...

The present essay aims to create a space for reflection on how the process of therapeutic change is currently conceived in Clinical Psychology. Specifically, it delves into the proposal of Generic Change Indicators and how the analysis of these indicators could be enriched by incorporating the analysis of non-verbal communication present in moments of therapeutic change. From this perspective, the essay seeks to answer the question: Could including the analysis of non-verbal communication in the observation of generic change indicators contribute to a broader understanding of the moments of change in which they occur? To address this, a theoretical journey is undertaken through the conceptions of therapeutic change present in the works of Eugene Gendlin and Paul Watzlawick, emphasizing the importance of developing an embodied and physical conception of therapeutic change. Subsequently, s...

The legal profession is in the process of adapting to a globalized world that is increasingly international. This globalization of law goes hand in hand with the internationalization of the economy and politics. The answer is the internationalization of law. Today we can see how legal matters, clients, conflict, court, knowledge, institutional life and therefore internationalize the occupation. All this leads us to the lawyer should know integration processes occurring mainly for economic reasons such as the European Union and the Andean Community of Nations, but these processes have also led to the internal rules are changed based on the decisions of international tribunals, in this context, counsel should handle international law and how we engage national law these decisions at the supranational level. To achieve this goal the professional law must handle not only theoretical knowledg...

This paper contributes to the reflection on the process of transition from analog television to digital television which is to be broadcasted in Peru and considers that digital television offers a better sound and image quality and less interference. The process of technological migration may take 1 O years. Peru has already opted for rhe Japanese standard HDTV, which among orher advanrages offers portable and mobile reception. Nonetheless, the high resolution relevision does not seem feasible not does ir make enrreprises more competitive. A question remains to be answered: "If the digital relevision will only serve ro have the same programs at a better resolution, what is the use of having so much invested in time and that the State, the privare entreprises and the public ha ve so much invested in money for such a change?" Organizational change management is presented as a challenge for organizations which mainly focus on administrative tools ignoring the human side of change, which is the main source of difficulties in its implementation. The human path of organizational change is explained through three psychological functioning levels, which channel information through change processing stages. Management indicators for each stage are provided and actions to assure transition through each one are suggested.

This research had the following objectives: 1) to identify, thematize and describe the significant moments of a psychoanalytic process perceived by the patients as important for the psychic change, as well as to analyze their nature and the relations between them, and the different aspects of the psychoanalytic process; 2) to evaluate if the perspective of the users on the significant moments of the psychotherapeutic process associated to the change contributes to extend the understanding of the therapeutic action of the psychoanalytic psychotherapy. The project has a qualitative approach, since a subjective phenomenon was taken as information (Mortl & Gelo, 2015), such as the user’s perception and assessment of aspects related to the psychoanalytic process that are related to psychic change, and the narrative of the lived process. The results show 4 thematic axes with 18 sub-theme...

Communication for social change faces three mayor challenges both in the academic environment and in the development field: naming things, develop ing discipline and to legitimize the communication for social change in the big agencies that make important decisions. A greater awareness regarding that programs can only be sustainable if the communities —the “ beneficiaries”— take over them, but this take-over-through-participation-process is only possible in the event that a communication witch strengthen the communities from there voice, identity and culture appears.

Irma, the great hurricane that hit the Caribbean and Florida, brings to mind -again- an uncomfortable truth: Climate Change, undeniable beyond the speeches made from power and ignorance. Increasing and more destructive natural phenomena shake the world. Floods and droughts, extreme cold and heat, monumental forest fires, as well as the recent hurricanes, are daily news in all corners of the planet. According to a vast majority of scientists, these natural phenomena - the climatic horsemen of the apocalypse - are the global consequence of rising temperatures and extreme climatic variations. For most of the countries of Latin America and the global South, the processes of adaptation to global climate change acquire fundamental relevance because the survival of thousands of peoples and communities depends on this adjustment. The people with the greatest losses related to climate change belo...

We extend the class of M-tests for a unit root analyzed by Perron and Ng (1996) and Ng and Perron (1997) to the case where a change in the trend function is allowed to occur at an unknown time. These tests M(GLS) adopt the GLS detrending approach of Dufour and King (1991) and Elliott, Rothenberg and Stock (1996) (ERS). Following Perron (1989), we consider two models: one allowing for a change in slope and the other for both a change in intercept and slope. We derive the asymptotic distribution of the tests as well as that of the feasible point optimal tests PT(GLS) suggested by ERS. The asymptotic critical values of the tests aretabulated. Also, we compute the non-centrality parameter used for the local GLS detrending that permits the tests to have 50% asymptotic power at that value. We show that the M(GLS) and PT(GLS) tests have an asymptotic power function close to the power envelope. ...

Regardless of the difficult scenario facing the Paris Agreement with the recent withdrawal of the US, Peru will continue to comply with its international obligations and consolidating its national policies and frameworks related to climate change. Although Peru entered the international negotiation process late – basically from COP 20 onwards- it has had a decisive participation and influence in its outcome, the Paris Accord. Pero has for over a decade, been developing a robust internal architecture of norms and institutions, to launch the country towards a greener economy. With the difficulties that this means for a developing country like Peru, the future leads inevitably to the search of clean and environmentally friendly and sustainable economies.

The goal of this article is to raise awareness about the importance of developing a creative curriculum and applyit in Regular Basic Education as well as the upper level inorder to promote an education that takes into account the diversity of personalities, rhythms and styles of learningin children and youths; the intention continues to be the same: every child and young person can improve their social and individual skills, and strengthen their knowledge. Both children and young people tell their experiences and feelings, they listen and watch carefully, and learn new concepts. For this reason, different methods of preplannedteaching can be used, in order to offer studentsa learning process that makes sense. Children and young people can work in groups and individually, this will involveall the senses and will develop themselves intellectually, emotionally and physically. They can exper...

This study analyzes the mechanisms which cause the increment of viscosities in the residuals of heavy oil during the process of transfer and transport. lt has been determined that the increment is dueto the loss of the viscoreducer which is cause by vaporization. These loss of viscosity is a double logarithmic function of the concentration (expressed in volume) of the viscoreducer. lt is recommended to establish a norm of quality control of residuals to achieve a bener behaviour of the product, determining the temperature of 6% of volume and the viscosities from this cut at 1002F and 210°F.
