En la actualidad, la geolocalización permite brindar mejores servicios de forma personalizada a cada usuario, principalmente mediante el uso de tecnologías ubicuas como Global Positioning System (GPS). The situation of child soldiers is undoubtedly one of the most dangerous contexts within the international community. Despite the broadness of international regulation in this area (International Humanitarian Law, International Human Rights Law or International Criminal Law), we still find certainly alarming figures that should be interpreted as a warning for States to redouble their efforts in order to eradicate any participation of childs in armed conflicts. This article analyses the international standards in this area from the 1977 Additional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child and its Optional Protocol on the involvement of children in armed conflict. In addition, the article studies the Rome Statute and the jurisprudence of the International Criminal Court. Also, it focuses especially on the debates on the judgment on Dominic Ongwen, a former child soldier.

Introduction: Superior third facial fractures represent an important but rare pathology in the specialty of head, neck and maxillofacial surgery, and result from severe trauma. Objectives: To determine the presentation of superior third facial fractures by age, sex, causal agent and classification. Design: Observational descriptive study. Setting: Head, Neck and Maxillofacial Surgery Service, Dos de Mayo National Hospital, Lima, Peru. Participants: Patients with superior third facial fracture. Methods: Medical records data between June 1999 and May 2009 were captured. Main outcome measures: Age, sex, causing agent and classification. The main of this case was to investigate the benefits of photodynamic therapy (PDT) in application cycles as a method of treatment of medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ), reporting the case of a 75-year-old white male patient with a diagnosis of renal malignancy with lung and bone metastases treated with sunitinib malate and denosumab. Non-communicable diseases– cancer and cardiovascular disease - are the leading causes of death in high-income countries (HICs). Cardiovascular disease, however, is increasing in Low-Middle Income Countries (LMICs) and is the emergent primary cause of mortality. Part of the reason is suboptimal therapies– from primary prevention to more advanced tertiary care. Not only are advanced therapies scarce but advanced diagnostic tests which apply to them are not fully available, and so diagnoses could be inaccurate and treatments poorly targeted.
