One of the biggest problems that our country faces is that in the university world, young people are trained to be employees and not to be entrepreneurs, to recieve orders and not to give them, to use tools and techniques already created and not to create or recreate them. The study of the indexes of water to Olea europea L. is important because it allows understanding of the water capacity of this species. This trial was carried out in the Valley Cañete with olive varieties ‘Frantoio’ and ‘Sevillana’ (both 10 years old), with the aim of determine its moisture content. In both varieties relative water content (CHR), the Content of water saturation (CAS), the water deficit for saturation (DAS), dry weight (PS) and fresh weight (FW) was measured. ‘Sevillana’ shown a CHR (73.7%), PS (0.180 g) and PF (0.330 g) were higher than in the cultivar 'Frantoio' (with values of 68.2%, 0.140 g and 0.258 g respectively). In conclusion, these results indicate that the variety ‘Sevillana’ has greater capacity than water ‘Frantoio’ to withstand arid environments.

La presente investigación tiene por motivación demostrar qué tanto las competencias emprendedoras y las herramientas de gestión de las dirigentes de los comedores populares influyen en la sostenibilidad de los mismos. Tres de ellos fueron denominados caso de éxito porque aún funcionan, y los otros tres casos de fracaso porque ya no. Its objective was to apply a planning procedure to the company's production capacities of hotel room furniture. Research was carried out using direct observation, historical-logical, hypothetical-deductive, and analysis-synthesis methods, observation techniques, documentary review, timing of operations, and sampling by instantaneous observations to collect as much information as possible. The research revealed that the factory's productive capacities are insufficient to face current demands, so the company should determine each productive activity's capacity to achieve better production results.

Early mathematical competencies have a great impact on academic performance and on the development of more complex mathematical skills, especially in early education. La investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo y diseño correlacional dentro del uso del método descriptivo. Se utilizó una técnica de encuesta para recopilar datos de los estudiantes. The objective of this research was to design a procedure to plan the production capacity of a company. In order to develop the research, the direct observation, historical-logical, hypothetico-deductive and analytic-synthetic methods, as well as observation techniques, document reviews and surveys, were used. In addition, the Delphi method was applied to validate the procedure. The integration of positive aspects from eight of the consulted procedures and the inclusion of other aspects not addressed in the research were achieved. Moreover, production capacity planning is shown as a continuous improvement process.

Rock mass support with rockbolts, is the greater application method in the rock excavation industry, because is necessary to carry out studies concerning this method of support. Among other things, there are parameters that directly influence on the anchor capacity of rockbolts, including incontrolable variables by man such as rock type, and variables that the man can control, like the bore hole diameter, which despite its great influence, little has been studied in this respect. This study determined the operational capacity of the freezing tunnel of a fishing services company. The operation of the equipment was inspected, the theoretical operational parameters were collected, and in 40 selected points, the speed (1,8 – 4,4 m/s) and temperature (–25 °C and –11 °C) of the air, and the initial and final freezing temperatures of whole gutted mahi-mahi (Coryphaena hippurus) were evaluated. The real operating capacity of the equipment (77,2 kW) was calculated by applying mathematical expressions that allowed to determine the thermal loads, and later it was compared with the design capacity (75 kW).
