Currently there are tools that generate source code automatically. We propose a source code generation architecture focused on the 3-layer architecture, additionally we build a source code generation tool. The Tool allows to load a database schema and from this it generates the source code for the SQL Server and C# language, we use an .xls file to import or export the database schema. We have used 5 code generation requirements and their database schemas for the test, obtaining as a result the generation of source code without errors. Carrying out the time analysis, our model generates 6,998 lines of code per second, in total we have generated 13,283 lines of source code in 1472 milliseconds that correspond to 5 requirements for generating source code with their respective databases.

Nowadays, some of the most popular tools for parallel programming are Message Passing Interface and Open Multi-Processing. It is of interest to compare these tools in solving the same kind of problems, because of the use of different approaches to inter-task communication. This work attempts to contribute to this goal by running trials in a centralized shared memory architecture in the case of problems with an entirely parallel solution. The selected case study was the parallel computation of Mandelbrot set. Trials were conducted for different iteration limits, processors amount, and C++ implementation variants. The results show better performance in the case of Open Multi-Processing.

Introduction: Ectopic pregnancy is any gestation in which the implantation site of the fertilized egg is located outside the endometrial cavity. Abdominal ectopic pregnancy represents 1.4% of these. Case report: 28-year-old patient with two previous cesarean sections; bilateral tubal obstruction during the last operation. The patient was admitted to the hospital with blood pressure of 180/130 mm Hg that did not respond to medical treatment and not progression to labor so it was decided to interrupt the pregnancy by cesarean section. Diabetes mellitus secondary to pancreatic diseases is classified as pancreatogenic diabetes or type 3c diabetes mellitus (T3cDM), which is clinically and metabolically different from the other types of diabetes. We present the case of a 35-year-old female patient with a history of chronic episodic upper abdominal pain, alcohol consumption since she was 17, and type 2 diabetes mellitus. She sought medical attention because of a complicated urinary tract infection in addition to acute upper abdominal pain. The aim of this article was to investigate the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction in the educational services provided by INTERPASS S.A.C. in Lima in 2021. The study used a survey technique and a questionnaire as data collection tool, with a sample of 325 students selected through random sampling. To test the hypothesis, the study employed Chi-square statistics and Spearman's correlation test. The results showed a statistically significant association between service quality and customer satisfaction. The statistical analysis confirmed the study’s main hypothesis that there is a positive impact of service quality on customer satisfaction in the company studied. This was evidenced by a high Chi-square value of 374.952 and a strong Spearman correlation of 0.806, indicating a significant relationship between the two variables.

El 19 de diciembre de 2018, se promulgó la Ley 3088 que, entre otras disposiciones, prohíbe el uso de las bolsas de plástico en los supermercados. En esta coyuntura, la empresa ECOBOLSAS está planeando lanzar una bolsa de fibra natural que sustituya a las bolsas plásticas que se usan en estos establecimientos. Producto del estudio de viabilidad comercial realizado, se estableció que los potenciales consumidores serían los hogares que residen en la zona 6 y 7 de la ciudad de Lima Metropolitana y que pertenecen al nivel socio económico (NSE) A y B (Mercado potencial). También se obtuvo datos sobre la disposición de compra, habiéndose establecido que terminarían comprando, solo un 80% de aquellos hogares encuestados que respondieron “definitivamente sí”, que constituyen el mercado objetivo, y que todo el resto no lo haría.

A thyroid hemangiosarcoma is reported in a 4-year-old canine patient. In the clinical evaluation it was identified a large volume mass located in the ventral region of the neck. Ultrasound study of the thyroid was the best technique to identify and describe neoplastic changes, as well as a metastatic lesion to an adjacent lymph node. In the surgical approach, the neoplasia presented marked infiltration to soft and vascular structures, being classified as a non-resectable tumour.

This paper focus on implementation of communication strategies developed in the Rehabilitation of Potable Water and Sewerage Network Lote 3 project, executed between 2013 and 2014 in the district of Comas, north of Lima-Peru, and belonging to the Servicio de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Lima (SEDAPAL), company responsible for water and sewage in Lima. As a result, it could be observed that the implementation of a diagnosis of perceptions, the communication plan and the communication and education products allowed to facilitate the design of messages according to the context of the project, taking into account the speeches of the users against and in favor of the project, as well as the objectives sought by the executing company.

Se describe el caso de una gestante a término de 26 años con antecedente de Esclerosis Múltiple programada a cesárea con diagnóstico de macrosomía fetal y cesareada anterior una vez, en pródromos de trabajo de parto. Al examen físico no déficit motor ni sensitivo. Hemograma anemia y linfocitosis leve. La paciente fue sometida a cesárea con anestesia epidural dosis única sin complicaciones y con evolución favorable. La esclerosis múltiple es una enfermedad neurológica poco frecuente y aún menos frecuente en gestantes con esclerosis múltiple sometida a cesárea por lo que se realizó una búsqueda de la literatura para un mejor manejo anestésico de este grupo de pacientes.

Fetoscopy for fetal-fetal transfusion syndrome is the most frequent fetal surgery performed in the world. The results should be reported, so that the patients can choose their choice of care. Objective: To determine the results of fetal surgery on twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome. Design: Retrospective study. Setting: Clínica Alemana, Santiago, Chile. Participants: Pregnant women with twins. Interventions: Fetal surgery was performed under local anesthesia, with 3.3mm fetoscopy-specific Storz endoscopes. Main outcome measures: Fetal survival. Rural environmental microzonation is a way to plan the land use within particular urban area, based on the precepts of sustainable development, it becomes important in developing countries where land use planning is essential. There are several ways and tools to carry out such plans, the choice of methodology will determine the success or failure of micro-zoning, so the choosing and applying techniques and tools for this are the main concern when planning begins. Procedures based on three phases arise in this review, such as preparation phase, diagnostic phase and proposal phase. Tools such as use of drones, establishments of orthophoto, GIS development, participatory techniques, scene construction, among others are exposed. It is showed the case of Puerto Bolivar in Ecuador, whose population settlement stands at seaport, accompanied of the high tourism potential and economic movement.
