Software development involves a high volume of data transfer between web-based applications and the end-user; this requires implementing them using new web technologies. This work contributes to developing a web-based application to improve the process management of the security company UNICEPRI, integrating suitable elements such as the Laravel frameworks for the backend and VueJs for the frontend, and the database manager MariaDB. The Model-View-Controller approach reduces memory resource usage, browsing time, and data recovery by reusing components and partially loading the website, gaining flexibility, and communicating with other applications and hardware. The SCRUM agile methodology was used to follow up on the implementation, allow adequate communication between client and developer, and comply with the different activities in the established times. For the evaluation of the softw...

In the implant rehabilitations supported in the previous sector, a surgical and prosthetic protocol should be carried out as a mechanism to ensure the aesthetics and function of the procedure to be performed. The objective of this clinical case is to present a rehabilitation protocol in a soft tissue test and management document to preserve aesthetics through provisional prosthetic structures, ending with rehabilitation with the zirconium oxide abutment with titanium base and a crown of lithium disilicate as means to achieve high aesthetics. The prediction of a unitary implant in the anterior sector requires the clinician to know three-dimensional structures conjugated with a soft tissue and material handling in an appropriate way, to predict the medium- or long-term behavior in the protection and prevention of aesthetics.

The recent concept of Territory-museum arose in the second half of the 90s, as a strategy to define a management model based on the musealization of a territory, in order to contribute to the sustainable development of rural areas. In that model, the following are emphasized: interventions in the conservation of natural and cultural heritage, tangible and intangible; the active and leading participation of society; and, the implementation of a territorial interpretation plan. In the present work, the origins of the concepts of ecomuseums and theories of interpretation will be detailed, and the characteristics of the Territory-museum and the elements that are part of it, will be explained. Finally, there will be a comparative analysis of three cases in Italy, Spain and Argentina, in order to show the shared characteristics and differences, within the framework of the scope and regional va...

The deaths that run red the roads with blood are a problem that arose when men began to use motor vehicles as a sign of modernity. The legal implications derived from the reckless behavior of road users, such as drivers or pedestrians, have not been treated with the same attention as mens rea cases. In this context, the subject matter of this research is the observance of dogmatic scholar theories that have not been fully and specifically developed to cases of concurrent recklessness, which implies a reinterpretation of foreign scholar doctrine in order to make a de lege ferenda proposal.

This study focuses on five parishes in the Zaruma canton, with the aim of determining the main strengths or weaknesses that promote or hinder tourism in the sector. The analysis is based on the guidelines of the Methodological Guide for the ranking of attractions and generation of tourist spaces in Ecuador. The first stage was used with its two initial phases, and to facilitate the analysis of the criteria, a weighted percentage was applied to the evaluation criteria, in order to make statistical graphs of the attractions, which allowed us to identify that the tourism potential lies in the cultural-heritage tourism modality and that its complementary attractions, despite having many weaknesses, can be developed with proper management.

The purpose of this research is to reduce the duration of processes and waiting times in the customer service modules of an educational institution. For this purpose, the use of the Lean Manufacturing methodology is proposed, following the framework formulated by the DMAIC sequence proposed by Lean Six Sigma, which consists of five consecutive stages: define, measure, analyze, improve and control; In each of them, the description, techniques, instruments, and validation are presented. Through an unstructured interview with customer service personnel and administrative staff, information was gathered to build a simulation model of the initial situation in the Arena 15.1 software. Then, three improvement alternatives were designed, and their results were compared with the original scenario, and it was concluded that the standardization of subprocesses and the hiring of additional personnel...

Calcium silicate-based cements are bioactive materials, which have the capacity to release a greater number of calcium and hydroxyl ions, providing some advantages like an increased antimicrobial and remineralise activity, increasing the pulp treatments longevity. Theracal LC is a calcium silicate-based cement that has as an advantage its easy application, comparing to others bioactive cements. In this case report, Theralcal LC was used as a cavity liner. At clinical examination teeth 36 and 35 exhibited diagnosis of Dental caries; 36 with a cavitated lesion and 35 with a lesion adjacent to a previous restoration; and pulp diagnosis, Sound Pulp, for both tooth pieces. Direct restorations were made with composite resin in tooth pieces 36 and 35, considering the following steps: selective etching, self-etch adhesive system, calcium silicate-based cement and Bulk-fill resin composite.

This study aims to evaluate the future of confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Peru, using the Gompertz nonlinear regression model. The data were obtained from official reports of the Peru Ministry of Health (MINSA). The accumulated value of fatal cases was subjected to iterative analysis by the non-linear least-squares method to achieve a model. Given the first-order derivative of the predictive model was obtained the daily fatal cases curve. Using the fatality rate as the proportion between infected and fatal cases, both of them would also provide days average lag to estimate the epidemic curve. For the moment, the predictive model suggests that Peru would be in a slow descent in the epidemic curve, moving away from the peak of contagions per day. The trend of reaching about 550 thousand infected and 19 thousand deaths until the end of the year 2020. The predictions of the mathematical model...
