This article argues in favour of a re-definition of Parliament's role in Peru. In the contemporary world, public affairs change too fast or are too complexes to name Parliament the direct responsible of ordering them through legislation. Thus, the main duty of this institution should be not to legislate but to elect and control the Executive Branch of government.

The present work arises in part, thanks to the studies on Ontological Coaching at the Newfield Network international school (2015), where there is an insight into the subjective part of the human being, as well as an approach to other proposals with this same end, as are the family constellations of Bert Hellinger. This framework has allowed that, in the field of legal scientific research, an inquiry can be made about what is happening in Brazil and other parts of the world, with the so-called Systemic Law, to reflect on whether this could be combined with the Peruvian legal system, taking as a basis the approaches of Edgar Morin through the paradigm of complexity; to finally decant in a brief review of our alternative means of conflict resolution, concluding and proposing the Brazilian systemic model as a possibility for the solution of extrajudicial conflicts in Peru.

The precariousness of employment deepened in the context of the structural adjustment of the 1990s, inducing a relative disqualification of the labor force to the detriment of the bargaining power of the working sector; overcoming these results requires a convergent approach between economic, social and labor policies. In short, we need a scheme that incorporates equity in labor relations without undermining the achievement of greater productivity and competitiveness of the economy.

Solidarity economy, or social economy, is a proposal being pushed by European economists and philosophers that has found great echo in Latin America. ¿Is it possible to integrate the solidarity component into the economy? This question has proven fundamental to the different authors who, in light of the crisis of the current economic system, seek to find a more equitable alternative economy that puts value on men’s work. This article presents a review of the concept of solidarity economy, and the main ideas proposed by authors who aspire to build and alternative from different approaches. In order to compare the approaches to this concept, practical examples of its application and results in Peru will be mentioned.

At present, neoliberalism has a predominance over society, generating a crisis of all kinds. The objective of this work was to analyze education in the neoliberal context and study the alternative of critical pedagogy as a way out of the current educational crisis. For the analysis, the qualitative method was used with a documentary-type design, for which a review of scientific literature related to education, neoliberalism and critical pedagogy was made. The review of the scientific literature allowed us to understand the political and educational crisis of the neoliberal model, likewise, it allowed us to know a proposal called critical pedagogy that makes it possible to emancipate the academic, cultural, ecological and social context, fostering critical thinking and exercising citizenship.

In this article, the author analyzes three of the various alternatives of organizational restructuring which have been proposed for the Worker 's Agrarian Cooperatives of the Peruvian coast, stressing in the possibilities of each of them to solve the main internal problems of this kind of business organizations. Likewise, the author identifies the main internal problems which, linked to external factors, have led to the Cooperatives' crisis and their desintegration into individual plots. He also discusses, at a theoretical level, the advantages and disadvantages of a family plot model, vis-a-vis the cooperative one. In recent years, Peru has experienced strong growth in the financial sector, mainly focused on the credit sector, which has allowed the economy to be boosted, which is not the case for credits oriented to the agricultural sector due to its level of risk, reason whereby the Peruvian government creates Agrobanco as an entity focused on the agricultural sector through the placement of agricultural loans. The objective of the research is to develop a Credit Scoring model that allows to support the immediate evaluation of the agricultural credit, due to the deficient and slow of it by Agrobanco. The article analyzes community and indigenous radios in Michoacán to propose that these projects have a decolonial and territorial essence. It builds a theoretical framework based on alternative communication and communicative citizenship concepts and broadens their definitions to apply them to the proposed areas. The methodology included a documentary and spatial review to map community radios in Michoacan and analyze their relevance in the face of digital gaps in the rural locations where they operate. The results show that, located in rural communities with a considerable digital divide that restricts internet access and coverage, these radios position themselves strategically in the area's media ecosystem. The article concludes that these projects are relevant for rural locations because they reduce inequalities in information and communication.

This paper offers some reflections on two issues. Firstly, it discusses what the capitalist crisis of civilization is, by proposing some details on the economic dimension of crisis and its main triggers, and on the environmental and the multiple – implicit and explicit – violence dimensions of crisis associated with the capitalist expansion. The objective of this research was to compare and test different methods and alternatives to approach factorial designs with fixed effects, when the assumptions of normality or homogeneity of variances are not met. Twenty methods investigated in the literature as an alternative to classical ANOVA (variance analysis) were described and tested, including non-parametric techniques, robust methods, permutations, methods for heterogeneous variances and transformations; which are currently available and implemented in R software. Professional roles, the type of content and the routines of production of the media have been transformed into cyberspace. The emergence of alternative digital native media, beyond the consolidated cybermedia created by and for the Network, has also raised a series of challenges that especially affect the profitability of these journalistic projects. Based on this, the research analyzes different income models of Spanish cybermedia based on a comparative analysis of eight case studies, interviews with its founders and a focus group with users.
