En la presente investigación, basado en la línea de investigación de Gestión empresarial y productiva, buscando alcanzar el objetivo principal de implementar la herramienta Business Process Management para mejorar la productividad en la empresa ECROMSA Industrial S.A.C. La metodología usada fue de enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicada con diseño experimental de tipo pre experimental con una muestra conformada por el registro de producción, los cuales fueron analizados en 12 semanas, tanto para el pre test como para el post test en la investigación y fue hallado mediante el muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. This study examined logistics and job satisfaction in the logistics department of ESSALUD Iquitos in 2025. It used a quantitative, descriptive-correlational, and non-experimental design to analyze the relationship between the two variables. A strong and significant positive correlation was found (Pearson r = 0.927, p = 0.000), showing that better logistics management is directly linked to higher job satisfaction levels. This supported the research hypothesis and rejected the null hypothesis. Additionally, the study highlights how logistics processes directly affect employee well-being, providing empirical evidence to guide health management decisions and recommending strengthening logistics strategies to improve the organizational climate.

El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar cómo la metodología Lean Manufacturing incide en la mejora del proceso logístico de almacén en una entidad pública de Lima durante el año 2024. Se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, pre experimental y de tipo aplicada, considerando una muestra de 10 registros obtenidos en hojas de observaciones correspondientes a los meses de septiembre y octubre. El instrumento de recolección de datos fue validado por cuatro expertos y se garantizó su confiabilidad mediante la prueba doble de masas. En el Perú, una de las principales dificultades en el procesamiento de pulpa de camu-camu congelado es la obtención de fruta fresca de buena calidad, debido a que ésta sufre daños durante su transporte desde la Amazonía hacia Lima, donde se encuentran las plantas de procesamiento.
